This is not wrestling. There was a little boy, wearing a green shirt and black shorts, he was going around poking other kids in the eyes, choking them, kicking another, pulling the other by the neck and cheeks. A real wild kid with absolutely no adult supervision, zero discipline, just running around like a rabid dog. My husband recorded the incident once we noticed he went after our child and we are documenting it on social media to ask other followers what they think. Being I'm a Tri athlete and my husband a former quarter back and marine, this was extremely concerning considering the poor kids being viciously bullied by this "wild" thing were all much much smaller and aged around 4-6 years of age. Met with another parent outside and he said the same thing and said he just wanted to get a feel for the class and saw "more than enough". Police and social services definitely need to be informed and social media will do the job.

In Sync has a strong focus on technique which really shows when you see these kids perform. They perform many times a year and each one is so well produced. These dancers work hard and always deliver an enjoyable experience to their audience. This dance studio really feels like a family. I was asked to pay a registration fee, $40 for a month (=4 classes), and $35+ dollars for some step-shoes. I was presented with a contract, that I probably should have read more closely. My daughter took 3 classes initially, and quickly felt alienated, as other kids were more advanced. I encouraged her to try another month. After I paid for a second month, we had 2 weeks due to vacation and personal reasons, where we could not attend, but the monthly fee remained the same without manageable make-up options for missed classes. My daughter tried 2 more classes, and from then on really did not want to go anymore, as this was just not a good match for her, so I told the owner that we will not continue for a 3rd month. Here is where it became a bit strange: 1) the tap shoes, the owner made me pay for and apparently ordered for my daughter, never arrived. I asked for a refund and was told that she does not give refunds, per contract. 2) I attempted to discuss this with the owner and left 2 messages that were not responded to. 3) I stopped by to talk, and she diverted being in a conversation, and that she would call me, which she did not do. 4) I texted her, and was then informed that I actually owe her, as every student has to pay a last month, re $40, if they want to cancel/ drop out, per contract. She offered that she would gracefully write off the difference of that fee and the cost of the shoes we never received. 5) I asked her to mail me a copy of the contract, which she has not done so far. Overall, this was surprisingly disappointing. It really wasn't about the $35 bucks. I was more so surprised about the behavior, which made me feel not valued. Even if my daughter was wanting to give it another shot with that group, I would never return there.

The waiting room is full of caddy moms. They talk bad about the owners, about each other and even about the young dancers. It is a appalling. The facility is filthy and extremely disorganized. My daughter learned dances, but absolutely no fundamentals. If you are not part of their Fusion Dance Company (competition team) you basically don't matter. The recital is simply a money maker for them- 4 shows over 3 days, if your child is in more than one class, or if you have multiple kids taking classes, expect to make a weekend of it, and plan to purchase tickets for each performance, so they can show off the fusion team.

She'll tell you what you're doing wrong and how to fix it. We're so extremely happy that we chose Sarah to help choreograph our first dance. I will say (me the bride) had a bit of a hiccup due to my dress being longer than I had anticipated & a bit of my nerves getting to me, but for the majority of it, our dance turned out great & the crowd was impressed with our dance, especially bc my husband and I don't dance ourselves.
