The second time, we had the team make three stops: 1) a storage unit 2) our old place and 3) our new place. Again, they were so quick and efficient! They were also very friendly and polite. They moved my stuff in record time and took care of everything really well. However.... after the move, some shiesty things happened. They said that they couldn't take a credit card and would only accept Zelle, but charged me the credit card price which is $20 more per hour. The owner tried to say that there's some sort of fees, but there are no fees for Zelle. The difference was well over $200 so this is why they're getting three stars and almost got two. As a business owner, I can't really refer them just for this reason.

They helped me move a very heavy washer/dryer combo (300+ lbs) and a massive 10-foot couch.
