It finally cleared customs a week later, only to waste another day just to transfer it to Hanjin Express. Pantos doesn't have its own domestic delivery network in Korea, so they hand it off to Hanjin. It's been over a week since it was sent, and it's still waiting to be transferred to Hanjin Express. They are absolute garbage. They could have just shipped it via Hanjin from the start... I've wasted so many days, and it's still stuck waiting to go to Hanjin. Even though it was later in the day, the guys miraculously were able to get my stuff and coordinate packing and shipping for me. Not to mention, affordable and tailored to my budget. I'll never forget the great service I received from Cruz and his team and highly recommend their services to anyone! Super professional and courteous.
