I've worked with Natalie for longer and she's been super helpful in identifying muscle imbalances and posture issues that may be contributing to chronic neck and back pain I've been living with for close to 20 years. The body work she does with me has also been really helpful in managing flare-ups that can be immobilizing. I finally feel like I'm getting stronger in the right ways, although progress is slow (as most health issues are!). The office is super well-run, organized, and efficient. Tiana is super on-top of things like getting insurance authorization for visits; Ariel and Carolina at the billing office are literally the nicest people I've worked with to get questions about billing and insurance answered. Crystal, my physical therapist, was amazing. She spent 30-40 minutes each session assessing my progress, working on what needed attention, and what exercises would be best givien how I was feeling since our last session. She modified my exercises with the physical therapist aides for every session to maximize the areas of need to accelerate my recovery. The physical therapist aides were also great. Each aide provided 1-on-1 attention to walk through each exercise. Many were also working toward getting their own physical therapy degrees. The front desk is one of the most friendly and competent front desks I've come across anywhere. In addition, they also provide a 24/7 full service customer portal with a wide range of online services above the usual invoice payments and insurance details. You could cancel or reschedule your appointments in real time, send messages or ask questions, check your upcoming scheduled appointments, and more. You can also subscribe and sync to your own calendar (Google, Apple, etc.) which will sync new and updated appointment details along with physical therapist name, date and time. There's really no need to call to make changes unless you want to talk with someone. I highly recommend this place if you need quality physical therapy care.

Here in Pennsylvania, they will add new charges for things like hot and cold packs, which were supposed to already be included in your service and paid for by insurance. Then, once your insurance company denies these charges, your case is basically held in suspended air for months, where you are unable to close out your account and pay off any of your bills. Any inquiries about your account then triggers a whole new process, where Pennsylvania resubmits all of your claims again for review by your insurance. Meanwhile the local office here is helpless, so are you, and the local manager does not respond to a request to talk. Good luck dealing with all this.

They all failed to complete my healing and help me find my full mobility again. The last place even just dismissed me at the end, saying that was all that could be done and to just go get a cortisone shot. They were wrong.
