The owners main focus is the Competitive group, edge. If you are not paying extra to have your child in edge your dancer is not important. The dances continue to become provocative, classless, and In my opinion not age-appropriate. In addition to these disappointing changes she charged me for lost tickets. Our recital tickets were Missed place during a move. It's clear that I had already paid her $80 for four recital tickets. But she charge me the same amount to replace them. There was no pressure in paying upfront or holding up playtime until payment was complete. The payment link was shared and I was able to pay via phone during our 90 min session. There is no background music which felt like it was missing, but I do understand that it can be overstimulating for some children. There are three play rooms, each holding different things. Obviously, it's a no shoe place and there are provided cubbies for your personal belongings. There is an adult lounge and a kitchen with long tables for snack time or parties. While I understand being inclusive to all ages, I wonder if it would be beneficial for the kids to have a specific time slots for specific age groups? Even if it's just for a little bit. There some very little toddlers with bigger toddlers in the mix and gently reminding the bigger kids to be aware of the smaller kids or redirecting the smaller kids to something else can be.... idk what the word is. Also, there are some play mats that are slippery because it's not a matte/foam finish. But either give your kid some grippy socks or take their socks off completely to solve the issue. Anyway, besides that, there's lots of different toys to keep your kiddo(s) entertained, no matter the age. A great venue for an intimate birthday party too. 90 min is plenty of time for free play. Our 15 month old hit the 60 min mark and started losing her marbles haha.

I booked what the website suggested. "UP TO 4 CHILDREN TWO HOURS ONE THERAPIST $250...1 additional child may be added for $50 to any party" Even that 15 minutes we were behind (sorry, I understand it is not your fault, but it just happens with kids) would not have been enough time for all of the services missed out on. (4 foot and lower leg massages, 4 neck, shoulder & arm mango massages, and 1 chocolate facial, not counting the boy who sat out). These are all things taken directly from your list of services offered on your website. My daughter was happy with the party. Of course she was, she got to see her friends and eat cake. It's hard for a child to miss something they didn't know they were supposed to get. The entire reason I chose this location is because she loves this kind of stuff. However, the location did not even have all of the proper supplies ready to render their services as promised (such as the white chocolate face mask not being white chocolate, which I see has now been changed on the service menu, or hardly spreadable). All of the children who received services were over 5 besides my 4 year old daughter, and she was perfectly patient. We were not offered extra time, we were told that there was another party coming in directly after ours. The party package offered to clients is simply unrealistic in the time given.
