My team consisted of Alex, the owner, who honored their 5 % discount if booked 3 weeks before moving, and my movers, Eugene and Serge. Eugene contacted me the day before to confirm & ask some questions about my contents, and he kept me informed all along as to their arrival time. All went well but it took longer than expected with only 2 men. They were careful and followed my instructions re: delicate or previously damaged furniture. I asked if they would tell me when the heavy furniture was coming inside because I wanted to put padding on the legs to protect the wooden floors. This slowed them up but it helped me because I might have forgotten about doing that later. Also, I asked them to carry many boxes to the basement, and that I appreciated so much. I was very concerned about one piece, an antique rocker that had 2 breaks in one leg. Much to my surprise, Eugene placed a reinforced bandage on the leg and I am still using it until I take it to get repaired. While packing the month before, I had forgotten where I had hid some valuable jewelry. Well, low and behold, when my bedroom was already emptied, I saw my 2 stashes of gold and silver on the window sill. When I went to Eugene, I commented that I would never have known if they had kept it, and thanked him profusely. His response, "My parents taught me right, I guess." As far as Albo's rates and overall value go....You can't put a price on this kind of integrity and work ethic. The fact that I used them twice in 2 years speaks for itself. Packing for a move is one of the worst stresses in life. But having a moving company that is reliable and trustworthy will free up your mind to concentrate on other important things during your move.

The careless, and immature movers they sent out cursed the whole time (which, I curse too, but this was F bomb galore in front of my 10 & 13 yo.) They told us how they were arrested at other jobs, one explained how he had a gun in his car, they parked in our neighbors grass and blasted hard core explicit music. And the topper on this cake was that they overheard my husband and I saying that we were only going to be here for one year so they decided after 2 hours of bringing things inside, to just take everything in the garage and stack it "Tetris style" (their wording), with our bathroom things, and my 13-year-old sons clothing about three layers back behind couches and furniture, when I asked why they did that their response was...."well you didn't tell us where to put it, and we are not about to move this.. (I was actually out getting them lunch, and my husband was inside unpacking) They were only here for six hours. also, we did not say anything that day with them here, because at this point we really just wanted them to leave, when calling the driver "Frank" later to explain that we couldn't even get to any of our things, he said "I'll call you back." We never heard from him again. We filed all the complaints but I just really want to warn everyone so they don't have to go through what we had to go through.(Our last pack out of the same size took a day and a half to unpack)Pictures added to show severity of how they left our home! They did not remove any boxes, because none of the boxes were unpacked! All photos of boxes are full! The only furniture they helped put back together was the beds, and they were done incorrectly. They did not help reassemble any of the other furniture or help in any other way whatsoever! Literally just put everything in our garage. They were here from 8 AM to 2 PM, for a 14,000 pound move. My husband and I spent the next 12 hours trying to get all of our things out of the garage! Of course we could not get a hold of anyone because it was a Saturday! The driver could care less! We are military, and these are the movers we were giving, but we will never ever ever use them again. If the Navy told us we had to use them, we would decline!
