They were not the lowest price but seemed fair. But when it came time to move... it just became very unprofessional. They promised to help pack the day before but when the were supposed to come... They didn't help pack most of the stuff then complained that it wasn't ready on move out day AND THEY LEFT HALF THE STUFF. SEVERAL ITEMS BROKEN. NO REPLAY WHEN I NOTIFIED THEM. AVOID!!

We were quoted 4 hours at $200/hour, despite Apex knowing there were approximately 4 hours of travel time involved. We understood that an estimate could change, but we expected it to be a reasonable estimate based on the information provided. When I questioned the significant difference afterward, I was told they estimated that loading and unloading our belongings would only take 5-10 minutes. We were moving the contents of a two-bedroom apartment--bed, dresser, desk, coffee table, boxes, etc. Even without a couch, 5-10 minutes was never a reasonable assumption. Their estimate was the lowest we received, which influenced our decision to hire them. Had we been given a realistic estimate upfront, we could have accurately compared their pricing with other companies. Again, the actual movers were great. But beware of the estimates. In our experience, the initial quote did not realistically reflect the move, and the company was unwilling to rectify the situation afterward.
