They were extremely diligent with protection, using blankets and/or shrink wrap on all furniture and electronics, and they were very by the book when it came to reviewing the contract and confirming details. I especially appreciated that they checked all electronics before and after the move and even had me climb into the truck at the end to verify that nothing had been left behind. I had to sleep on an air mattress and stay at friend's places, without any knowledge of where my stuff was or when it was coming.
