This review comes much later than the services I received (11/2/2024), but I felt compelled to acknowledge the professionalism and the above expectations delivery I received during the entire transport process. I had two vehicles that were transported from Maryland to Louisiana without any worries. The whole process was very transparent with constant status updates along the way while we were in transit. A special mention is on order for Mr. Jay Rice (Cursor Logistics LLC) who provided personal attention to details to ensure the expected delivery of both vehicles was completed. When one of the vehicles would not start, Jay went the extra mile to get the the vehicle to its destination. Navi Auto Transport is a dishonest company. DO NOT do business with them. They give you a quote and the cost is always much higher. When you try to use another company they block you by saying it can take up to 72 hours to cancel. The other (Honest) companies can't get your job done because of this, Horrible company! read more

I arranged a car transport from Indiana to California a month prior to when I needed it and gave the 4 day window that they wanted. No communication from them until the last day and they wanted more money than what I was quoted. The only communication I got from them is when I called. It is now 3 days past the window and they still are not proactively helping find a driver. I cancelled my order and will never recommend them. Very poor customer service. read more

I paid and gave the drop off address and the day of drop off they call me to meet the truck guy at a random spot and I said that's crazy because if this was going to happen, you guys should've talked to me before giving it off to the driver and the price I paid was a little higher compared to other companies. This company failed to honor their contract. While the pickup window we agreed to was three days, in actuality they had five days to find a carrier to take a car from MD to NM (I signed the agreement two days before the pickup window). Here is the email I just sent them: ******* Cancel my contract immediately. I had a contract with your company to pick up our car within three days. Today is the third day, and I do not have a pickup scheduled. I went online to check the status of the order and it is no longer in your system, so I called and waited on hold for half an hour, listening to your repeated message about how great your service is, and how someone will be right with me. I finally gave up and left a voice mail. Nobody called back. I also used the chat function on your web site to ask for a human to chat with and waited an hour - no response. I made it clear that we needed the car to arrive by a particular day, and your representative (Liam) said it would be there by then, no problem, based on the agreed-to pickup window. I had many calls and texts from your company to sell me the service, several even after I had already signed the contract, and one to ask me to sign another contract, but once I signed the agreement, the only non-sales call I got from you was to ask if a pickup date ten days away would work. I am now paying another company $300 more than your quote to haul my car. It will be a week late in getting to where it needs to be, and I have to ship the goods that were going to travel in the car. You have inconvenienced my family and you have cost me money. All you had to do was honor the agreement. I just canceled my order. Yes, they were about $300 cheaper than Alaskan Car Transport, and initially, they seemed very transparent. However, after placing my order, I received over 18 calls--many of them pressuring me for upfront payment. My decision to cancel was based on this. The original contract stated that I'd pay a partial amount by card at dispatch, with the remaining balance due to the driver upon delivery in cash or certified funds. When they started pushing for full upfront payment, it completely eroded my trust. I would not recommend using this company. They call constantly, and every time you speak with someone different. They're overly aggressive in trying to secure your business, and I feel they are not trustworthy--especially since they didn't uphold the terms of the contract. read more

If I could give ZERO stars, I would!! My truck was supposed to be picked up between Saturday 7/19/25 to Monday 07/21/25 of last week as I was told when I initially booked with this company. On Tuesday 07/22, I get a phone call from a representative telling me that my truck had to be jumpstarted and could not be picked up. Nobody ever came to my house and the carrier LIED about my truck needing to be jumpstarted. Then the story comes back that they mistakenly said it was my truck when it was someone else's. That there was a "similar" truck to mine in the area. Which is a lie because nobody in my neighborhood has a truck like mine. Then the excuse was that the carriers truck broke down and needed to go to the shop. Then the representative told me that the carrier would call me Tuesday night for a Wednesday morning pick up. Nobody ever called me. Then I called Wednesday and the carrier said they'd give me $100 for the inconvenience of the lack of communication and lies. Which to me is an insult. $100?? Then the representative basically tells me that because I am paying such a low payment, I can expect sub par customer service. I requested a new carrier and they told me that they would call me back in within two days to set up. Today is Friday, 07/25/25, and nobody ever called me to pick up my truck. The customer service agents here talk to you like you don't matter and treated me like I meant nothing. And that they don't care about my business. Do not use this company. They are garbage and they lie to you about pricing just to take your money. Go somewhere else. BEWARE of this company. DO NOT USE! read more

Complete scam. They assure me through phone and emails that they do not operate like other brokers and the price they quoted in all inclusive with no additional fees or escalations. I booked with Navi over 30 days in advance at a quoted price significantly higher than others' quotes based on their assurances. Here I am on the day my car is supposed to ship and they are calling me with prices $400 to $500 higher than my original quote and signed contract states. When I refuse the new price and tell them to keep shopping out to carriers, they email me a cancellation of my contract. Now I'm stuck looking for another transport company. I would never recommend Navi Transport or MoveNavi to an enemy nevermind a friend or family member. read more

(They are a sub to Navi) He was a wonderful young man and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. although I understand that it is not always the case my car arrived before the scheduled date. read more

total con artist. gave them 30days notice and honored their 3 days window to pick up car. they send you fraudulent emaila leading you to believe they are "working hard to secure a carrier". they will send those weekly. once a day or two out - they send same message daily. when 3 day window starts- didnt hear a word. called them and "Gordo" said he is working on it. day 2 - nothing!!! day 3. nothing - ao i called and gordo said he will call right back AnD NEVER DID. my airfare was next day. so i had to cancel flight and pay to park my car while i secure another company (costing me 3 weeks). Nightmare. My car was delivered 6 days after the agreed upon time. Navi is a third party vendor that links carriers and transports. Once a carrier picks up your vehicle Navi abdicates responsibility and has no power to give the carrier direction. In my case my car was missing for 5 days, the carriers did not respond to Navi's phone calls or texts. The tracking only works if the driver of the carrier uses it and mine did not. I found out my car was transferred to 3 different carriers before it was delivered. When I called Navi to locate my vehicle they kept repeating to me " we are a third party" we can't control the driver. So I was stuck and didn't find out when my car was going to be delivered till 6 days and 2 hours before the delivery. This was a horrible experience. Find someone else! read more

VERY poor service! We have used an auto transport company 3 times in 4 years. This was our worst experience. Navi Transports reviews were VERY good, actually, excellent! I believe this is false advertising. The auto was to be delivered on a Thursday and then at 7pm I called and they told me Friday morning between 8:30-9am. It was not actually delivered until Monday. We will NEVER use them again and would like to put an honest review out there so that people can actually make an educated decision! read more

Be prepared to have to dispute charges with credit card company. They charged $935 when they did not transport vehicle. They promise they won't charge anything till order has dispatched, what they don't tell you is if you call and text them to cancel they will ignore it and dispatch anyway. read more

Absolutely terrible experience. They quoted roughly $900 online to ship a truck. Then when you go to book, they asked if there were modifications, and raised the price to about $1100. They say the truck will be picked up in 1-3 days. The truck took over a week to pick up. There is no communication during the process and the only answers you get are when you call them yourself. At a week in, I called and they said they had a carrier but needed pictures of the truck from me to confirm it would work. I sent pictures, and the truck wasn't ever picked up. A couple days later I called and asked to speak to a manager. The supervisor told me if I wanted to pay $500 more I could get the truck picked up the next day. After voicing my unhappiness and telling him he needed to make the situation right, he refused and told me to either book it or move on. I was in a time crunch after waiting over a week and had no other choice but to get it picked up. After paying, the truck still wasn't picked up for a couple days and I finally got it a few days after. This company has terrible communication, poor service, and will bait&switch you on price just to make a sale. read more

Wish I could give this company 0 stars. I'm actually confused on how they have any good reviews. The day my car was supposed to be picked up, I heard nothing from them. I had to call THEM and then they informed me that my car can't be picked up until the next day. Strike one. I had to rearrange all of my moving plans. I explained this to them and their response was "well you're already getting the lowest price so there's nothing we can do". Strike two. Prior to my car being picked up, I was told that my credit card was charged almost the full amount and that I will owe $149 on the delivery day. Then the day my car was supposed to be delivered, they told me they made a mistake and I would owe $1300 at delivery. Strike three. The team was disrespectful, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I asked to speak to a manager multiple times and none of them could transfer me to a manager. They said a manager will give me a call back. Never received a call. Never will use them again. Navi Auto Transport transported my brand-new Mercedes-Benz from the Hoffman Estates dealer in Illinois to my home in Wisconsin. The whole process was extremely efficient, hassle-free and took a total of 3 days from booking the order to receiving my car door-to-door in an enclosed trailer in pristine condition. My son was shipped out nearly cross-country as his vehicle was at home in Tampa with us. We were already set with another company that was scheduled too far out. I called Navi on Saturday and was able to secure pick-up of his vehicle that following Monday. There were some questions about the quoted price and the paid price, but my main concern was getting my son's car to him at his AFB. Their sub, Eddy's Equipment, Inc. picked it up Monday and it was delivered Thursday! Eddy's remained in contact, was professional and truly went above and beyond to make sure my son received his car in perfect condition. Not only that, but my son was working at the time it was delivered to the Visitor Center on his base, so the driver text him photos as to where to find the key! Thank goodness, because the FedEx containing the spare key was delayed. All in all, it was worth it to book with Navi as I'd have never known of the one-man carrier who made the entire process possible and stress-free! read more

Contracted with NAVI for delivery of car from Oregon to Boston, MA, based on endorsements and reviews. NAVI was the most expensive estimate. Car arrived within reasonable time but filthy dirty with empty gas tank and missing rear license plate! Mike, the dispatcher for the subcontracted trucker, All State Movers LLC, incessantly repeated the obvious fiction that the plate had been "improperly attached" and so had blown off in the wind. PLease. The plate was attached with two bolts at the top like 90% of passenger car plates in the U.S. Clearly, it had been stolen and All State refused responsibility. They had tacked on an additional $100 (far less than I expected for this common practice) and after giving up on the ridiculous "wind" scam, Mike offered a $100 "discount" for the inconvenience of a stolen plate. I had no intention to pay the extra hundred anyway, so just paid what I originally owed. Probably neither NAVI nor All State could have prevented the theft of license plates from cars on an open truck parked at a truck stop someplace, but hiding behind a farcical excuse was annoying.
