Some of the exercises were not intuitive to me, he would try different ways to explain to me. He would take the time to answer my questions of how things work. The demonstration videos that were attached in he home exercises also helped a lot. He genuinely cared about his patients' well being. I really enjoyed working w/ him. Even though at the end my hip was shown in the x-ray to have advanced arthritis and cannot avoid surgery, other areas of my body have really improved due to his care. I was unaware that they were an hour away from my house. I can truly say that the care my child and I received from Dr. Flores and Dr. Sepulveda is 1000% worth the drive. My child's constipation issues have gone away. I am pregnant and have been getting chiropractic care since around 24 weeks and have gotten so much relief from it. What sets this office apart from the rest? A lot! They have a play area right by the receptionist that includes toys and books for the kids, they hand out stickers, always have goodies on the counter for you to enjoy. This office has chiropractic care, massage therapy, and acupuncture. My one visit is not just chiropractic care. It begins with a back stretch while laying face down on a special massage table that moves my hips and legs up and down, a heating pad on my back, a massage, then comes the adjustment and a couple stretches. The adjustment consists of moves I've never had done to me before but have made a huge difference in my comfort throughout this pregnancy. My favorite part about coming here is that Dr. Sepulveda goes above and beyond to make sure I leave feeling good every time. I've gone to chiropractors in the past that do their routine adjustment and if I say I still feel discomfort they say to come again in a couple days or a week. I decided to have my 2nd appt with Dr. Moscarello. What a huge difference. He spent about 3 x the time with me and went over the makeup of the quad tendon, how it tore and explained things from my MRI with me as well. Just a very knowledgeable guy. Very nice gentleman too. So here it goes: Gather round, my friends, it's story time. So without divulging my entire medical history, I will share with my fellow Yelpers that I, Margo "Yelp-go", have EDS (has nothing to do with ED and everything to do with chronic pain) I have been to SO many pain management doctors (around 6) and after a bad experience at Risser Orthopedic (don't worry, I'll get to that review later) I decided to search for the Dr that led me to go to Risser in the first place (*cue the music*) Dr Moradian! I had seen Dr Moradian briefly around 7 yrs prior after a car accident, at Risser. He was kind, professional and after 5 other pain management doctors later, definitely more skilled. (Yes, I will publicly shame these past practices at a later date. Your girl's trying to stay positive here) When I returned to Risser, I asked to see Dr Moradian and was told he was no longer there. Obviously, I created a false narrative that he retired young and was traveling the Bahamas in happiness and that he was no longer an option for me. So fast forward to me having enough of the disappointment with Risser. (I'm talking about them randomly changing appointments on me without letting me know and literally calling me for a phone appointment when my poor grandma was dying in a hospital and then charging me for not being available despite not ever scheduling me for that day. Then mix in Evelyn with the attitude...) I digress, I was just done. I felt like I was starting from ground zero and decided I would just google Dr Moradian. I guess I thought, "hmm, maybe he's retired but has a a twin with the same career and professionalism". I'm so glad I did because *BAM* I found him (in hindsight I should have just started with this, but hey, you live and you learn) When I called to schedule, he wasn't available. An invisible tear fell from my face. The lady on the other line recommended that I try his colleague Dr Vartanian. I admit, I was hesitant but figured he had to be "okay" if he was with Dr Moradian. I was RIGHT (and a little wrong) because Dr Vartanian is amazing! *confetti emoji* He's not only the most gentle Trigger Point Injector (again, I've had this done by now 7 drs.) but he's also compassionate towards his patients and encourages a plan towards maintaining mobility for a rewarding life. He's the first doctor that I would vouch for to say that he's a genuinely good person. Not just a "good doctor" but a "good person".
