Instead, the process was a complete nightmare and I ended up with a mortgage far worse than I was originally promised based on my financial situation. I reached out to Tracy because I had a bad feeling about how Chase was treating me, and she turned out to be an enormous help. Though my family insisted that I stay with Chase to the end, Tracy remained involved - advising me and filling out a parallel application in case (as she feared) Chase was setting me up for disappointment. It turned out that Chase was acting in bad faith, but they drew out the process long enough that I couldn't switch to Tracy to close. Even when that was clear, Tracy remained involved and advised me in my negotiations with the bank to make sure I ended up with the best deal possible. If I had it to do over again, I, without a doubt, would have called Tracy first. She clearly loves what she does and cares about her clients. But one went through the quick approval process for the mortgage and said sorry but you don't qualify due to the minimum credit score required for your application. Next we had a family member advise us to call KIM RIDDELL AND REGENCY MORTGAGE. Kim Riddell told us up front that we might not qualify but we at least will know what is wrong and I meaning Kim would tell us what to do to fix it and about how long before it gets fixed. We started the process and were denied; my wife and I of course got depressed. But Kim said don't worry that was the automated we are not done yet. At this point as she says "she rolled up her sleeves" started to dig into why I was denied. She found out the reason I was denied we went through a few weeks of calls, and emails. Paperwork requests signatures explanations of what was happening next etc. After we gave Kim the paperwork she requested in an timely manner we were preapproved. You heard me after being denied twice recently and as many as about 4 to 5 times over the course of 5 years Kim got us pre-approved. But the hard work wasn't done and everytime I mean everytime we had an question via cell phone or email kim called us back in an very timely manner. We eventually found the house of our dreams went through more paperwork and closed late last month. ALL BECAUSE OF THE HARD WORK KIM RIDDELL and the fact she said no if you are going to deny these people I want to know why. If I can ever do business with Kim I would in a heartbeat.
