The team was very patient and understanding when I needed extra time to get answers from my boss. The finished cards turned out beautifully, and we love the soft-touch finish. My boss was also impressed by the thank-you note she received in the mail. Such a thoughtful personal touch! We will definitely use them again. I am dissatisfied with the customer service I received from ClickPay…read more I submitted a complaint regarding an erroneous check payment that I intended to make using my credit card. I contacted ClickPay promptly because I wanted to void the check payment, but the cancellation option that was previously available was no longer accessible. I did not receive a response until two days after my complaint. In addition, I had to deal with multiple representatives and different contacts, which made the situation unnecessarily frustrating and time-consuming. I expected prompt assistance, clear communication, and a practical solution. Instead, I was left unable to cancel the payment through the system. The overall experience was disappointing and fell short of the customer service I expected. I hope ClickPay improves its response time, communication between representatives, and the availability of payment cancellation options so other customers do not experience the same difficulties. I would appreciate a direct response addressing my questions rather than another general reply.

There are places we could get this done for a little less money, but the level of service we get from Geek Artist is worth more than the difference in price. Initially, I had plans of putting together our own personal website, but the time involved in planning that has proved more than I care to devote. After seeing some of the web sites that Geek Artist has designed, I referred friends who needed help with small business sites, and am now getting my own site worked out through Geek Artist. Other hosting and web design services seem to either provide really poor service or poor follow through, but Geek Artist has done a great job meeting all of my needs and exceeding my expectations. I've recently gotten a copy of the web design book, Website Wonders Made Easy, that Janice wrote. It's helped with my understanding of the process a lot, and if I had more personal time, I might use it as the springboard for building my own website.
