Once you submit an invoice, you're completely locked out, no edits, no corrections, no flexibility whatsoever. What's even worse is that their system allows you to enter incorrect information (like letters in an invoice number) without any warning, only to reject it later because they require numbers only. By that point, it's too late to fix. Because of this, we were forced to resubmit over 30 invoices and pay duplicate fees, something that could have easily been avoided with basic validation or the ability to edit submissions. The platform is poorly designed, costly, and creates unnecessary headaches. Use at your own risk.
