I thought I reviewed this place over a year ago. My bad. I freakin' love this place. Especially when it's this empty (see pic). Bouldering is fantastic. Intros thru the occasional V12. Top rope and lead climbs are numerous with the same huge range. Come for a try; pay monthly and come back frequently due the climbs, yoga, classes, back area complete fitness (treadmills and the like, free weights, rings, you name it). And I cannot say enough great things about the staff. Polite. Friendly. Incredibly knowledgeable. I never plan to end my membership. Too great and way too many things to do that I haven't even begun yet.

I attended this location with Brown Girls Climb. This was my first time trying indoor climbing and I've only tried outdoor climbing twice. Overall we had a nice time at this gym. It's important to note that you must come with someone who is certified to belay. If you don't have a certified belayer, then it's best to sign up for a intro to rope class or come alone to practice bouldering. As for the facility, it was a clean environment though it was very crowded (7-9p on a weekday). The parking lot was jammed packed as well. The staff was friendly. They instructed me to complete the wavier and to watch an orientation video about bouldering. I didn't need to rent shoes because I already had my own but I did need to rent a harness. Afterwards, the staff sends you on your way. Luckily, I was joining an experienced group. Otherwise, I think I would have been a little overwhelmed. There were so many people and little help or guidance on what to do as a newbie. I now understand the flow/environment of indoor climbing but I would recommend newbies to take a class with an instructor since this is a new experience and it takes some practice to understand how the gym works. Unfortunately, there's not much room to social distance however, everyone wore a mask and hand sanitizer was readily available. Also, there were not many Black & Brown people there besides our climbing group. I actually think this is common at all climbing spaces. Thankfully, the staff was very welcoming. I would definitely visit again to practice bouldering. I'm also looking into taking a class with some family members.

I have always been afraid of heights. My mom and I went to learn how to climb and instructors were patient and kind. We have been back to get our belaying certificate/card and have been four timed in the past week and a half. Love the large space and seemingly endless walls to climb. Great atmosphere and we will be getting a membership after our trial is over.

I'll start by saying I am the furthest thing from a climber! I was just looking for an alternative workout with friends.. Someone suggested we try rock climbing. The signing up process is easy and convenient! I was able to complete the waiver online and walk right in and pay and receive my harness. We all signed up for a free climb so we had two instructors with our group of six which was perfect. We each did three climbs with our group cheering us on. The instructors were AMAZING (i wish i could remember their names but it was a couple of months ago) they were very informative as it was the first time for many of us and super encouraging. I actually got all the way to the top of one of the walls because of how encouraging the instructors were! Overall I had a great time, worked up a sweat and bonded with my friends! While I may not be brave enough to sign up for any type of pass (or classes) I will be returning!

Make sure you are in shape when you come. It's located in an industrial park. There is plenary of parking available. They advertise that they take walk in but I recommend making a reservation on line to ensure you have a spot. They require a 50 percent deposit to hold your spot. I went on a Saturday morning for the first climbing session. If you are a novice like me you will be happy to know they do rent and sell equipment there. You get a little over two hours of climbing time and that was more than enough for me. It was a upper body work out for sure. After a hour and a half I was ready to go. I will advise you to bring your own water. Due to Covid the water fountains are closed. They do sell water and other beverages on site if you forget like I did. They close down between climbing sessions so clean the facility. Staff wears masks and you must wear one the entire time you are there. Due to Covid their showers and locker rooms are closed. They do have a lot of cubbies in the main areas but they cannon be secured so your belongings won't be locked up. They do allow you to go back to your car if you need to. It's a fun time if you are feeling adventurous.

The gym was okay. It was a bit dirty, and some of the route setting was subpar.

Ask the Community - Movement

Do they have auto belays and how many?

They don't have auto belays, but they do have a sign up where people available to belay for you put their name up and you can work with them.

Over the years, I have done bouldering here, climbed the tall walls, and enrolled my children in the summer camp.

The facility is massive -- it almost feels like a mall. There's a cafe, indoor pool, plenty of fitness areas, and spacious locker rooms. Everything felt very clean here which is a plus. The Sunday 10:45am vinyasa class was advertised as "medium heat" but it barely felt heated. The instructor wasn't my favorite and the flow felt clunky and disorganized. Her queueing wasn't very clear and if I were a newbie yogi, I'd be pretty confused. Most of the class was spent in child's pose or savasana and I would've preferred more time to flow and play. The studio itself is fairly small for the size of the rest of the gym. As a guest recently, I had to download the app in order to get my guest pass which was pretty annoying. I've never seen another gym do that and didn't appreciate the extra hoops to jump through. Overall, if this gym was closer and less expensive I'd consider it but for now, I appreciate the chance to be a guest here.

It feels like all the money goes to extras like the sitting areas, pickleball courts, classes that cost additional money, etc. The only gym area is the second floor, and even that is taken up by classes. Machines are often broken and dirty, kids are CONSTANTLY running around unsupervised and playing on the equipment, and the gym etiquette has taken a severe hit. You see people filming, reading up multiple machines, sitting for an hour while scrolling, and not putting things back. I had to change my workout so many times because the free weights were missing entire bands of weights. Again, the staff is incredibly kind and nice. But the gym does not deserve the almost $200 a month price point. I would pay $40.

I did not take classes here so my review is not based on them…read more This gym's one positive is that it's pretty inexpensive. I did not care for this gym at all. There is zero energy in the place. If there is music playing its quiet. The batteries for the remotes controls for TVs are frequently dead. It is difficult to even watch TVwhile on cardio equipment because they are small, not all HD and there is no headphone option. Often times TVs next to each other are on different channels making impossible to hear either. There is not a good star climber. There is only one decent bike. The pin loaded equipment is old, possibly old enough to drive! On an early visit, one of the staff asked me how I got in!! I was furious. I get it if he doesn't recognize me but how about welcoming me instead of making me feel like a criminal. Frequently out of towels. Locker room is straight out of the '80s. That thing needs some updating. It could also use a good cleaning . Lots of green algae growing on the grout.

He is exceptional at providing critical feedback, keeping me safe, and pushing me beyond what I knew I was capable of doing. He has an uncanny ability to design a routine customized to the needs and limitations of my body. Before working with him I would often tweak muscles or injure myself working out. Working with him I have never had any issues. I had back pain for almost 13 years prior to working with les. I thought that it was just something I had to deal with. I had tried yoga, massage, and a variety of other things to alleviate my pain, but it wasn't until 4 weeks into my program with him that I noticed I no longer had any pain. It wasn't even a goal that he and I had discussed. I imagine it was a result of learning to move properly and developing strength in the proper areas of the body. The progress is slow and steady. There is no promise of a quick aesthetic fix, but the results come at a healthy pace. If you're looking to feel better, move better, look better, I highly recommend checking out the facility and speaking with Les Raymond. He will change your life.

The space itself is beautiful and calming, every time I walk in, it feels like I'm stepping into a little sanctuary. The instructors are all so knowledgeable and encouraging, and you can really feel how much they care about creating a supportive, welcoming environment. My absolute favorite class is Power Flow with Sidney. She has such a grounded, uplifting energy, and her classes strike that perfect balance of challenge and flow. I always leave feeling stronger, clearer, and a little more connected to myself. Sidney has a way of cueing that makes everything click, and she pushes you in the best possible way. They have class passes and membership options. They run cool retreats, yoga teacher trainings, and other events for the community. They have some really high quality instructors at this place. I really enjoy Kimber, Sidney, and Nicole for power yoga. Their flows are so unique, thoughtful, and intentional. I've been doing yoga for over 15 years and have learned more here than I have at many other places around. They also have Pilates, Zumba, and other types of yoga. I was not super impressed by the two slow flow classes I attended. I do wish they offered more classes at a greater variety of times. They mostly offer classes before and after a 9-5 work day.
