None of us were very excited about moving but he and his men came ready to work and went right to it. I lived on the 4th floor near to elevator in my Point apt. My Rapids Apt is on the second floor and required stairs. Needless to say it was A LOT of very hard work and Larry worked right along with them. They damaged a lot of furniture as well as a lot of walls and some very find trim in the house. When I called them out on it, they said they would make adjustments for the bill to move my eyes stuff from storage to my new house. On the day of the scheduled move, I was called an hour before they were supposed to arrive and was told they weren't coming.Because my wife was rude when she called them out on the stuff that they destroyed. I talked to the manager and all he said, was, I can't force them to come. I will never get them again.And never tell anyone to get them for moving.

Especially when it came to getting the money. I was getting responses within a matter of seconds from the coordinator and our account representative. Then after they had our money, things slowed down and it was impossible to get any information. No idea when the crews will arrive etc. Our things are somewhere in transit and we don't know when they will be delivered. I may change my review based on how things end up, but for now I would highly recommend you look elsewhere. I used Northstar moving for a previous long distance move (from Chicago to Texas), and they were much better.

A program was paying the payments for me but my name and my son's name was on the unit then it decides to tell me oh we get rid of your stuff I said excuse me we were never notified no phone calls no letters no nothing I also told them my deceased daughters ashes and other things were in that unit and he goes well I guess they're in the garbage now how dare a man say that to a mother who is devastated to begin with he had no acknowledge who she was she believed the peace and love she did community work her and her husband kept homeless off the streets and was robbed twice by gunpoint and they still continued on she was a MMA fighter well known with the Rufus academy and also some UFC fighters her funeral was so big both doors there were people standing outside in line listening to my son doing her eulogy I want to know why my stuff was sold without my acknowledgment I want to know how this is legal and I'd recommend nobody to call there again for a man to talk to a mother that lost their daughter to cancer like that and my daughter didn't just fight cancer she was in severe pain severe pain it's called sarcoma cancer anybody can look it up and see how painful it is and not only that ended up going into her brain I asked if I could find out who bought the unit he said I don't know nothing I am highly disappointed and I am looking legally to see what can be done for this I don't want money I don't want another family to go through this especially one that has lost someone so dear to their heart to me it feels like September 21st all over again not only did I lose her once the cancer but now I lost her again Way to go company way to put me in a deep depression love it thanks
