If I could give less than 1 star I would. I would never recommend this company for moving services. Our residential move was very simple, it involved moving large furniture only and some packed boxes and plastic totes from our sold home to our newly purchased home approximately 2 miles away. The actual movers were rude, complained loudly in front of my husband and I the entire time, and used profanity in their communications with each other and even with us (as in, lots of f language). I was shocked at how unprofessional they were. They also had no sense of urgency and were inefficient. This was important because they charged by the hour. When we were told in the end how much the total fee was for approximately 8 hours of moving services that day, I was flabbergasted-- it was over $2000. They did not pack, they did not provide supplies other than the truck, and they did not move anything with glass. We did all of that ourselves. So keep this in mind as you consider this company for your move, in comparison to your other professional options. read more
