Our Story: Building from the Ground Up Our journey started with a vision and eight acres of raw, undeveloped land. As a husband and wife team, we are proud to be locally owned and operated. In January 2023, we broke ground and began the excavation process from scratch. By May, our first building was up and ready. From there, through hard work and dedication, we kept building — and by December 2023, we had completed our 11th building. What started as an empty piece of land quickly became something we’re incredibly proud of. We continue to grow each year, adding one or two buildings at a time as we work toward completing the first two phases of our property. Built from the ground up, and still growing every day.
