They service what they sell too. The only reason they didn't get 5 Stars is that they won't deliver on a Saturday and that makes it harder when you need the equipment delivered for your second home. I took my ailing terminal to Zaxx's to get the work done. I fully expected the work to take more than a day because I got there late in the morning. To my surprise, I received a call less than 5 hours later telling me that my computer was ready for pick up!! The personnel at the shop is friendly and courteous; and my bill was exactly the same as the estimate. Zaxx's is a top-shelf repair shop!!
