I found it on Priceline, but called the hotel, and they gave me the same deal but so much more. I spoke with Max when I got to the hotel he was ready for me. Got me in a room help me with parking and even try to help with my EV. He was great but not the only from the van driver to the whole staff everybody here really friendly makes extra effort. Yet after all those years and all those travels, I can honestly say I have never stayed at an inn that made me feel quite as welcomed, cared for and completely spoiled as Garden Wall Inn in Whitefish, Montana. The inn itself is beautiful - elegant while remaining cozy and welcoming, intimate, impeccably appointed and filled with all the details that make a place feel truly special. But what sets Garden Wall Inn apart is something much harder to describe and even harder to find: the extraordinary care behind absolutely everything. Nothing feels routine. My glass of wine was beautifully presented on a silver tray. There is a wonderful selection of pillows, excellent lighting, lovely linens and chocolates waiting at bedtime. Beautiful china and silver turn breakfast into an occasion. And those breakfasts! Local fruits and yogurts, the owners incredible baking and one delicious surprise after another, all beautifully prepared and presented. I may have come home a pound or two heavier, but every single ounce was worth it! Even our departure was made special. We were given fabulous travel breakfasts in beautiful bags, complete with personal notes signed by our hosts. It was such a small and gracious gesture, yet it perfectly captured what makes Garden Wall Inn so extraordinary: they think of the things you would never think to ask for. But the greatest luxury here isn't something you can photograph. It's the hospitality! There is a genuine warmth and generosity at Garden Wall Inn that cannot be manufactured or taught. You are not simply given a beautiful room and a wonderful breakfast - you are welcomed, looked after and made to feel that your stay truly matters. We arrived as guests and left feeling as though we were saying goodbye to friends. Shayla, our host, texted us ahead of time to make sure we were all set for a smooth check-in. That small gesture alone made us feel genuinely cared for. Each day, Shayla prepared the most delicious homemade baked goods, which made us feel like we were at a home away from home. Since we planned to head to Glacier National Park early each day, she kindly packed to-go breakfasts for us--always thoughtful, fresh, and satisfying. On the mornings we stayed in, she served beautiful homemade breakfasts that were just as delicious. The extra touches throughout the lodge made our stay even more special--the self-serve charcuterie, fresh fruit, and beverages were such a nice bonus. The lodge itself was peaceful and quiet, which we really appreciated. We stayed for five nights and can confidently say this was one of our favorite places we've ever stayed. Unfortunately, the thing that didn't make us love C'mon Inn was the lack of COVID safety precautions. The staff was half-heartedly wearing masks (some did / some did not), and none of the other guests we encountered were wearing masks. We thoroughly sanitized our own room but it didn't feel that this was a top priority for this hotel as it wasn't communicated. Overall, it got the job done but it's too bad they aren't taking the pandemic more seriously for their guests' safety.

All in all, a great destination for a group or family gathering.
