I understand that delays come up but why is it my responsibility to have to repeatedly contact him when no one shows up on the scheduled date again and again? If something comes up, LET ME KNOW! You could tell most of these chimney companies just wanted to cash in. Integrity Chimney guys wanted to preserve the history and recommended a tuck point which turned out fantastic. They are experts in what they do and are trustworthy and fair. Their communication is also top notch, constantly communicating anything that comes up. They were timely, cleaned up, and the attention to detail was fantastic. We also had them install a chimney insert on the inside of the home which they helped us choose, schedule, and install. (We've been getting a steady stream of compliments about the new sidewalk from passersby.) But what really made this company stand out was the people. Every one of the team members was genuine, thoughtful, kind, and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting them, and learning about each other. After they finished the job, we asked them if they might be willing to move a giant pile of sod that had been sitting in our back yard for two years.
