What line? The place was empty! The same day I had them deny a return because they claimed my membership was flagged for fraud. That's it! I'm done. On Monday Dec 15, without ever, contacting me again, they sent an email saying they were dropping the investigation because I had not contacted them again. I contacted customer service again & told the agent I had not received my order, & if they could not locate the order to issue a refund. He claimed to have no record of my initial complaint. He said he needed 3 to 5 days to investigate, when I complained he became rude & then said it would take 10 to 15 days to investigate & they would contact me with any information. The tracking site for the shipping company, On Trac, has shown the package at their final processing center awaiting delivery for a week now. On Trac has been unresponsive to my request to investigate the location of the shipment. To date I have not received contact by either company & still have not received my order.

Being able to try things on in person makes a huge difference, especially since sizing can vary depending on layering. The team here is always welcoming, helpful, and patient--happy to offer suggestions and grab different sizes without hesitation. The store itself is a bit "dangerous" (in the best way!) because everything is so well made and tempting for every season. Between their excellent warranty, trade-in program, and annual cleaning events, the value really stands out. If you want high-quality outdoor gear that lasts for years, this is the place to go.
