What I like about Uniqlo is their tags don't judt list the sizes but also size will fit waist or bust size and the measurements. They do have some shirts with licensing/pictures but overall plain t shirts and shorts. If you sign up for their app, you can save money on first purchase. I also recommend checking your credit card rewards as I have seen this brand on there. Minimal staff interaction except in the fitting room. Check out is self checkout. They do charge for bags.

And even though I did reach out to employees to ask for additional sizes and color availability, they were so kind to check however, there was no availability. So clearly this place either had low stock or got cleaned out in the first week of opening because they are so popular. I was fortunate, however, to find a dress I was looking for in my size and collar and got to try it on with no real waiting. I'm definitely coming back here again and definitely loving the layout. Wish it was a little bit bigger though. Also they're doing the same thing where they don't give you a bag unless you wanna buy one for $.10 I'll bring your reusable shopping bags if you were planning on hauling things out of here so you don't look like you stole something.

Feeling very rushed, I quickly finished trying on what I had, but after I left the dressing room, I was told that they were again now open until 8pm. She waited to tell me this until I had already rushed through trying everything on. For such expensive clothing, I resented feeling pressured to make a very rushed decision when I should've had half an hour to decide on what I wanted to get. I ended up being so annoyed by the experience that i didn't buy some jeans that i otherwise would have gotten. This is not even the first bad experience I have had here. I shouldn't feel like an inconvenience for coming in during business hours to buy clothes. Pretty bare minimum expectation.

For years I had been telling myself that I wasn't a fan, that it was all too feminine, and doing that thing I always do where I tell myself I don't have to buy something because "I could make that on my own." Well, yesterday I came to grips with the fact that I am SO a fan, it's the perfect combo of fun and feminine, and I even if I *could* make it, I know I won't. Do you hear that sound? The displays are nicely put and look attractive. All in all, professional. If you plan on making a purchase online, I suggest going to the store first (and buying from there instead, actually) because you can see what you're actually buying, also you save shipping charges ($8-10) unless you're spending over $100 (not including tax). Also, if the item happens to be out-of-stock at the location and you need to place an order through the store, the shipping charge is waived. How perfect is that! Most importantly, there was a special sale going on at the store that wasn't going on online. Anyway, I placed an order on Monday, March 5th (Miller bag in Mocha Rouge) and my order arrived at home on Friday, March 9th. Although I wasn't able to check my tracking online, I had to call the store to track it. The lady took my name and number and said she would call back. Later that day my order arrived before she even called me, so I was pleasantly surprised! My bag is strong and gorgeous and I'm in love with it!! I will be using it as my perfect new school bag and I can't wait! Love this brand, my current new obsession.

Honestly, this store does have some beautiful items; I especially like some of their sweaters. Many of the clothes aren't particularly form-fitting, which could be where "old lady" reputation comes from. This is a good place to stock up on some basics, especially during sales. There are some excellent deals to be had. In fact, I just scored a great deal on a long black velvet skirt and a dressy top (needed for my husband's post-holiday holiday work party). Not only were both items heavily discounted, but were an additional 50% off. Got an outfit for $30. And holy vanity sizing, Batman! I gotta give props because this must be the only store on the planet where I fit into an XS petite top (and that top was form-fitting - no old lady look for me!). Whatever size you wear, you're guaranteed to be at least one size smaller here.
