We asked if she could come in last Tuesday afternoon (instead of her normal Thursday) for our final walk through with our property managment (Alturas) last week to ensure everything was spic-n-span. She didn't even hesitate to accommodate us and, as usual, she made our office SHINE! She not only cleaned our work space beautifully, but she always showed up with a friendly posture and sweet countenance. We will miss seeing her each week. Thank you for everything you've done for us, Anne! Sincerely, your friends at WayFM Christian Radio (Lorna, Heather, Charla, Joe, Travis, & Susie).

Jerry and his crew were fantastic when they came by for both a free estimate (reasonable and…read morecompetitive) and the work itself. We had our windows and screens cleaned (inside and out), and they washed our garage door, then lightly power washed our concrete. Jerry was very helpful in explaining how he was going to do the work, how he'd reach the hard to reach windows, and they were so courteous and respectful of our home. They were on time, quick, efficient, personable and professional, and the work was excellent. Our home is new construction so we hadn't seen the windows clean, or even transparent in some cases, and we're thrilled with the results. I got text messages confirming the appointment and letting me know they were inbound. I love that. Oh, and they really do wear kilts! Even on windy days. :) Who doesn't love a theme?

I feel incredibly lucky to have found Absolutely Best Painting, an honest, dependable, capable…read morepainting business! I sought out estimates from several painting businesses after reading Google reviews. The first time I met Vance, one of two owners, was when he came to look over my home to provide an estimate. After getting several estimates, I chose Absolute Best Painting based on Google and Yelp reviews, the BBB A+ rating, and our interaction during the estimate process. During the walk-through, he spotted little details that annoyed me, such as a beat-up garage seal, and said, "We fix that." What a relief! Here are some highlights of what I experienced: - Vance works with a team of three others, and he was onsite actively working with them.. - The team functions as a well-oiled machine. - He does not subcontract any of his jobs. - Thorough prep--caulking, scraping, masking, and remasking portions of the house. - Thorough sanding of the wood deck and front door ramp. - Attention to detail during the initial walk-through, prep, sanding, painting, and clean-up. - Remembers details we agreed upon, yet seeks confirmation before proceeding. - Vance is receptive to questions and provides substantive answers.

My house was in desperate need of painting on the exterior. They spent two days prepping the house, which I thought was great. I have seen other houses in the neighborhood get prepped and painted the same day. I also needed a wall that had stucco peeling from it, and they repaired and painted it also. We are so happy with everything they did. I will definitely be using this company again. They are family-owned and operated, which gives the customer better communication than these other corporate painters. Thanks to Vance and his crew for all the work they did.
