We had our windows and screens cleaned (inside and out), and they washed our garage door, then lightly power washed our concrete. Jerry was very helpful in explaining how he was going to do the work, how he'd reach the hard to reach windows, and they were so courteous and respectful of our home. They were on time, quick, efficient, personable and professional, and the work was excellent. Our home is new construction so we hadn't seen the windows clean, or even transparent in some cases, and we're thrilled with the results. I got text messages confirming the appointment and letting me know they were inbound. I love that. Oh, and they really do wear kilts! Even on windy days. :) Who doesn't love a theme?

It appears that the tech left his scrubber on the carpet and it soaked through to the pad. I called about it and the owner came to look and swore up and down it was dog pee, but only after asking if dogs had been in the house. They had, but not since the carpets were cleaned. It was obvious to me that this 10 year-old carpet was toast and the owner didn't want to pony up for replacing it. He did some lame oxy treatment to it and there was no difference. Three years later, we're replacing the carpet and wouldn't you know, huge stains on the subfloor with the same lemony smell. Definitely not dog pee. These guys either need to train their techs better or own up to their mistakes and not pass off a huge foul up on a 10-pound dog.

He had to clean some areas that were done poorly by the last carpet guy we hired. He even did various extra requests by my wife like making a sign to wear booties for us so visitors didnt dirty the carpet. And he updated us throughout it all while giving us b4 and after photos. We live in california so he couldve easily did an average job, but when we came down to meet our agent, we saw what a great job he did. And his price was very affordable. We just had to give him a good review.
