They no-showed, wouldn't answer phone calls, and then blamed the client (us) for no follow up saying that was why they didn't show up. Wouldn't recommend trying to book an appointment with this company due to their lack of client care and personal responsibility. Follow up to the response from the owner: they did not request our address. They texted us their name from the company and nothing else. Not only a lack of responsibility but a liar too.

Our insurance agent asked Weatherproof Exteriors to inspect our roof for suspected hail damage…read more Bill Long was polite and professional. He inspected the roof, showed me pictures, interpreted all he found, and walked me through the insurance claim process. He found more damage than the first inspector from another roofing company. Once a claim was filed Bill brought out samples of tiles, and explained how they would upgrade our roof to code. They were here within a week and completed 40 square in one day. We even had a visit by the big boss to see how it was going. After the job, the yard was left clean and free of nails. Bill came back out and inspected the area as a last action. We were extremely pleased with the whole process and service provided by this company. I would highly recommend them!
