He shares the machine that rolls 6" which is probably why the helper was there who owned the machine. Because of a deck install the job had to be split into demo and then replacement on different days. Not a problem and there was no extra charge. Happy with that project I contracted to have screens installed on all existing gutters. Mother nature did not help us out with snow and super-freezing weather complicating the project. Gutters were full of leaves and ice. They were able to remove all of that except gutter on North side which they left rather than damage anything. He came back a week later to complete when weather was cooperative.

Company assured me this was a 1 day job, took a month to actually get it done. Total hassle all the…read moreway around. The invoice they drew up originally was for 25k and was to include later roofing when additions were completed, but requirements changed and i needed just the existing roof redone, and the number still came back at 25k. Crews were on time once, rest of the time usually abt 2 hours late. On first day, crew left at 11 saying they were going to lunch, then never returned. Dumspter was taken at thay time. After we figured they werent coming back we locked the gate. But later the person who took the dumpster came back w the dumpster, hopped our fence that clearly says beware of dogs and pounded on our door. We found him surrounded by our dogs w him on top of the concrete tile still on pallets. All of this was wo a call or text he was coming back so we could make sure the dogs were in the house. They were informed abt the dogs well before the start of the job. Be very careful when it comes to vents, they say the will 'install' them, but it doesnt include hooking up any electrical because "they arent electricians". A more accurate description would be we will slap them up there and the electeical connections are your problem. Cuts in the roof were obviously done wo consulting the instsallation instructions and instuctions were nowhere to be found when i got the electrcian to hook things up. Gable covers look nothing like the brochure provided and have gaps that will allow insects and birds a place to nest. Brought this concern up and was told "you can fill them w something, thats how they look". Several attached pics show how the tiles are lined up along the edge of the roof. One end is even w it and then protrudes abt 2 inches by the time it reaches the opposite end. Very disappointed w the outcome and have been having more problems w moisture in the attic since the work was done. If i had known it was going to go this way i would have sucked it up and done it myself.

If they are 8' apart vs 4' apart, your gutters will sag. Had to have them fixed and added many more clips to stop the sagging from snow and ice. Now make sure you know about gutters before you get them installed. I know more now and would require a very different quality, etc.,

We used Integrity Solutions for the first time this winter to plow our driveway & clear our…read morewalkway. Overall I was happy with the service, enough that I would probably use them again. There were some areas of the service I would've liked improved on to give them a perfect 5/5 review but as I said, I was happy overall with their work for the season. One aspect would've been that I would've liked the long front stretch of my driveway to be cleared wider. Late into the winter season it sometimes was tight getting our small SUV down the narrow lane & once the ice sets in, you're pretty much stuck with that amount of driveway until you get enough warm days to finally melt the build up. I do understand they were probably being cautious to not plow onto any landscaped/lawn areas, but sometimes my husband & I had to go out to chip away at the piles to get just that extra couple feet for the car. I also wish the contract was more clear on what necessitates a two plow/$200 charge. We had one storm this year (12/29/22) where I was charged for the $200 double plow but multiple snowfall tracking websites including the Denver Post & Apple Weather said an average of 7.6-8.5" of snow fell in my area. My contract states "Anything under a foot will be plowed once at end of storm unless otherwise requested." Integrity was very responsive to questions regarding why I was charged double when it was under a foot of snow. Ultimately I was not satisfied with the explanation that because the piles were high and the company's plow broke it warrented the extra charge. If in a contract you specifiy a specific threshold to meet this extra charge, the company should be able to prove that threshold was met. I would've been satisfied if they'd redirected me to a snow tracker site that noted a foot of snow had fallen but they could not. I'll see where I & the company are at this year in terms of plowing. The team was very nice, timely, & saved us back breaking work when my husband & I weren't able to do so ourselves this season. I've also got some gutter work that I eventually need doing & I do have Integrity on my list as one of the possible companies to come get the job done. Not perfect but still grateful to have had them last winter.
