I'm so blessed to get a great spot right up front near the hwy. no direct neighbor to the west only hwy. and an old silo bunk house. The park was relatively quiet other than the truck traffic all day and night. In the daytime, it's cool, but at night the semi-trucks climbing the south bound grade is a bit rough, luckily, I have some mellow music I've been sleeping fine to that helps block the noise. The rates are swell too, a whole week was less than 3 bills, and I left my stuff sitting unlocked with the keys in it while I ventured off every day on my dirt bike. Very nice showers, super clean and only a stone's throw away from my spot. Some dog noise here and there, I'm not a fan of barky dogs, some people might not mind. I'll be back next year read more

Smaller more intimate setting with mature trees and view of pasturelands in the back and mountain from the swings in the front. Simply love let, decided to add 2nd night. Our pup was making a ruckus, looked out the window to see 2 gorgeous horses right outside our window. Fantastic washroom and bathrooms! read more

This RV park is centrally located for many of the activities you come to This area to see and experience. We loved the super clean and well maintained bathrooms! The laundry room was excellent with great washers and dryers! It is close to the road, but it didn't bother us all that much. It was the perfect location for us. We stayed here a week. We can't say enough about how clean and nice the facilities were. The staff was friendly too. Great experience!! read more

Awesome small RV Park. The park was very clean with very kind owners. There were also bathrooms with shower which were exceptionally clean. The back in sites back up to horses which are very friendly and love to come up to the fence. Can't wait to make reservations to come back soon. read more

Amazing RV park in a beautiful part of Utah! The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating especially since we were arriving late. They went out of their way to make sure both of our RV's were next to each other and made it so we had a private little chill zone. Showers were spotless and laundry services available. My dogs even enjoyed their beautiful pet area. I love this place and would stay here anytime! read more

Great location and place. The owners live on site. Lots of camp sites and the showers are hot and clean yet small. Toilets and sinks are there too just bring your own towels, soaps, etc. curtains are doubled for privacy and they are open all the time so you can shower even if they aren't open. You can pay when they are! I was camping on my property and came in just for the showers. read more

The female owner was unfriendly during check-in. There was no hello, no welcome to our park, just an indifferent scowl. A few days later I saw her outside and said hello. She replied with a pained "hi..." while displaying the same scowl. This individual is definitely not a people person! Anyway we enjoyed this fantastic RV park with incredible private bathrooms. The showers are huge! We stayed in site #13 for ten days and it had excellent tree shade. I also appreciated being placed far away from Highway 191 as this road is quite noisy. The park wifi is blazing fast and we also enjoyed the 50+ cable channels. Decent laundry facilities. Great location near Arches, Canyonlands and Mesa Verde National Parks as well as several National Monuments. Monument Valley and Four Corners are also within reach. And don't miss Goosenecks state park. Wow!!! read more

Wonderful RV Park! Owners are friendly and gave us plenty of information to navigate in the area. Our site #23 was spacious, great views. Laundry facilities are good and the restrooms/showers, while we didn't use them were clean and spacious (took a peek). Look forward to staying here on our next trip to the area. read more

Stayed 1 night on the way from Moab to New Mexico. Not a large campground but nicely kept with level gravel spots and beautifully done and clean bathrooms. Easy access to Canyonlands. read more

We stayed for a few days in april. Super nice people, clean quiet place to see the canyon country, and avoid the crowds.

We found this RV park well organized with a good layout of pull through's and back-in sites plus grass tent area.. The new shower building is exceptional. It is very clean and modern with the best showers we've had in south east Utah. WiFi has good signal strength. Good coffee shop close by and even had pizza delivered from town. read more

Bad service. They don't give you a check out time and if you aren't out of there by the time that's in her head she will call the cops and yell out you. read more

We checked in and paid for two nights. pulled into our space and let the dog out and in his first step he couldn't walk for the goat head stickers all over the ground. I looked closely and the whole park grounds were full of them. i went back to check back out and she charged me $13 to check out. Said thats what the credit card charges her. Not fair to us. They should spray and keep the stickers out of their park. She did offer to relocate us but the whole park was covered with them. so thats not a good answer. No customer service there. Will tell all of our friends. read more

Sites are level and prices are reasonable. Owners live on site and are nice & friendly, family oriented and community minded. This is the best (if not only) RV park in town. We heard there was another rv park, but just couldn't find it and ended up here. We were happy with our stay. It's not the Ritz, but it sufficed. The owners were nice and helpful and the price was quite reasonable. Oh btw, the owner is the local sheriff so don't misbehave while you're there! He's a really good guy. read more

Only game intown or I may have taken my business elsewhere. A less than open arm welcome and contempt from a manager or owner always makes me think I made a bad decision stopping at a business that doesn't want my patronage. Bath facilities really cramped and seemed more of a half-hearted attempt to provide the most basic facilities required. On a plus side the internet was faster than most RV parks in the region. Located directly next to a working farm with horses you can expect a fly problem during warmer months. read more
