At the time I was living in Glendale and my doctor referred me to two different physical therapy groups in the area. I went as directed and was very discouraged and disappointed with the outcome. The pain relief if any was minimal. Then we moved to Prescott and I was directed to API physical therapy and Matt as my therapist. The difference was like night and day. It was through the guidance of Debbie, physical therapist, that I was introduced to low impact machines/weights that will help me strengthen my knees. I found the gym associates to be very friendly and right there to help you on any machine. My husband and I are fortunate to be able to use the facility free of charge because of our insurance benefit called Silver Sneakers. We are really going to enjoy using this facility-clean, friendly, and filled with machines that fit the bill!
