These guys are great!…read more After several days of hard labor by myself moving 11yd^3 of dirt with a wheelbarrow and shovel, I had to decide on a hydroseeding company. Paul showed up and was extremely friendly and helpful. He didn't hesitate to grab my rake and fix some things I didn't even know I was doing wrong. He sprayed the whole thing quickly and with a great attitude. He gave me tons of info and a nicely written instruction sheet. I followed the instructions perfectly the next few weeks and the grass was growing like crazy! VERY thick, green, nice grass. There were a few spots that needed some touchup. I emailed Terry, got a response quickly, and they were out the next day. Paul, once again, was incredible. He sprayed the spots again, making sure to ask me if I was happy or noticed anything he missed. This guy needs a raise Terry! :-D I highly recommend these guys, and will be using them at future houses for sure. Great job!

On October 24 2023. I paid the $75 fee for an appointment with Canopy Solutions to assess my…read moreDouglas Fir which I had questions as to the sturdiness of the tree. Cole, the owner, showed up and seemed to be somewhat knowledgeable of this tree and in general of Trees. He agreed that my Douglas Fir was not in any danger of falling down anytime soon along with the 2 other certified Arborists who came out earlier and gave me their opinions at no charge. I asked Cole would he write up a simple report of the inspection he was doing and attach to it a few of the Tree Companies he was recommending to do the work he was suggesting i get done and he told me Sure No Problem. He would send it to me thru email After the inspection that day, I waited a week and did not receive anything from his company. I waited another 10 days before I sent him a friendly reminder that i was still waiting on the writeup of his inspection and STILL to my surprise I received no response and I thought Wow this guy seemed like a friendly professional person. Why no response? After a month I informed his company that if I didn't receive a response I would write a review and I wanted my money back. So this is where we are at now! Although Cole may seem professional and friendly at first. It appears as though he is somewhat CHOOSY as to who he follows through with. I am not sure why he chose not to send me this write up of his inspection but I would like my money back at this point . $75 maybe nothing to him but its groceries, gas, diapers for my 2 year old etc. I cannot recommend this company based on how they DID NOT HONOR what they promised and Also because of the way his team totally never responded to any of my messages thru their website , never attempting to resolve this matter. BIG THUMBS DOWN to Canopy Solutions

My daughter's family purchased a home that came with many evergreen and deciduous trees and shrubs,…read moresome of which had become overgrown or were spindly and not doing well. The yard needed much pruning of some trees and removal of some others. Cole Stevens of Canopy Solutions came highly recommended to us by a neighbor. Cole and his crew have extensive experience and are thoroughly skilled in the care of trees. Their work brought the yard from a bit of a jungle to a open and very attractive space. The fruit trees were pruned for improved shape and productivity. Others were pruned to maximize their health and appearance. The crew was very efficient and left the yard cleared of all cuttings. We were very pleased with this company's work, their cost, their personable interaction us and of course their vast experience and skill. I recommend them highly to others and will call Canopy Solutions for our future tree work, including planting some new trees next spring.

I wanted to share my experience with R&A Tree Service and Ryland Popke regarding an…read moreinsurance-related tree removal claim on my home. While the actual work they performed was done well, the business side of the experience was very disappointing and stressful. If you are planning to use this company for an insurance claim, make sure you fully understand the payment expectations upfront and have cash available before agreeing to any work. In my case, I never received a clear price before the work was completed. After the fact, I was presented with an invoice totaling over $12,000. I later had another company provide a quote for the same work, and their estimate was only $5,200 -- a huge difference. The most frustrating part has been the payment process with insurance. My insurance company sent payment directly to R&A Tree Service, but the amount was about $500 less than the invoice they submitted. Instead of working cooperatively through the insurance process, they immediately began discussing liens, interest charges, and additional pressure tactics while still requesting breakdowns and documentation from the insurance company. "I need this resolved immediately so we can avoid further escalation, additional costs, and continued lien enforcement proceedings." Again, the workmanship itself was good, but I strongly recommend getting 2-3 bids before signing anything and making sure pricing is agreed to in writing beforehand. If your project involves an insurance claim, proceed carefully and make sure you understand exactly how payment timing and billing disputes will be handled.
