After my first follow up, I was promised a proposal after he completed a couple others. I patiently waited and either called or texted about every three weeks and was ghosted. If the project was too small or he was too busy, the HONEST thing to do would have been forthright and responded that he was either too busy or not interested. This is a poor business practice and he strung us out all summer. Don't waste your time with Nature Breeze Landscaping.

Having several trustworthy proposals on my desk and all within a similar price range there was one clear winner...Aguiar Pavers. All the important components were there including high quality materials. This company had my confidence and my business. The crew of 7, led by foreman Anderson, did outstanding work. As foreman, Anderson made onsite decisions that were brilliant and showed respect for my neighbors and my property. He worked right alongside the crew. The work progressed very quickly from demolition, and tree removal, to materials delivery, through excavation for the footings, quality drainage, wall building with backfill. They even moved my 6'x8' shed out of the way to build and then restored it to its original place! The crew clearly had a lot of respect for Anderson. They showed up early morning, worked a long day sometimes in the cold rain of December and never slowed their steady pace down. They tidied up the site at the close of each day and mitigated damage to existing pathways by putting plywood down to protect from heavy wheelbarrow loads. We had a really frustrating experience of poor communication and work not being done as requested. We had a lot of back and forth and yet still did not get the result we wanted. Ultimately, the main things we were concerned about came to fruition--there are pavers that are wobbly and not level, there are pavers that create a bowl and trap water creating lakes in our patio and our grass area is basically a swimming pool all winter because they did not provide adequate drainage despite our repeated encouragement/concern. Our fence is now being damaged due to their workmanship putting pressure on it, leading to more money needing to be spent down the road. Despite their "warranty", they have not returned multiple emails from me saying I'd like to discuss the issues. All in all, it is very frustrating to have spent so much money (and time) on a project only to have it done in a way that will not be long-lasting. I discourage you from using them for your yard projects in the future.
