They need the city to reopen the pool. This was a selling point, for my townhouse. It hasn't been opened since Covid.

Having lived in Scottsdale for most of my life, I've had the chance to watch this area evolve over…read morethe years, and I've always had a soft spot for downtown Scottsdale. There's something about the energy here that feels effortlessly polished while still being lively and inviting. Downtown Scottsdale really comes alive once the sun goes down. The nightlife has a sophisticated, energetic feel, with everything from stylish lounges and cocktail spots to lively bars where the evening can easily turn into a late night. It's one of those places where you can start with dinner and somehow find yourself still out hours later enjoying the atmosphere. The restaurant scene is another reason I've always loved it. There's such a wonderful variety, from upscale dining and beautifully presented dishes to trendy neighborhood spots and international flavors. You can have a completely different experience every time you visit, whether you're looking for a romantic dinner, a girls' night out, or somewhere lively to grab a bite and a drink. And then there's the overall aesthetic. The galleries, boutiques, palm-lined streets, beautiful architecture, and upscale surroundings give downtown Scottsdale that distinctive desert-luxury feel. It manages to feel glamorous without losing its Arizona character. For me, Scottsdale isn't just somewhere I visit--it's a place I've known for most of my life. There's a familiarity and nostalgia that makes every visit feel a little special, while the ever-changing restaurants, nightlife, and energy keep it from ever feeling stagnant. Downtown Scottsdale continues to be one of those places that effortlessly blends sophistication, entertainment, and that unmistakable Scottsdale charm.
