Trina did an awesome job helping me and my friend sign up and get acquainted with the apps available to borrow digital material in various formats. If you have not visited your library consistently for a few years (like me), you are up for a surprise. There are a lot of new options available and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. They offer all sorts of programs like coding classes, book clubs, reading contests with prizes, free workshops, advice for small business owners, etc. Take advantage of all the library offers for people of all ages.

Jackpot today, found some great buys.

This is in Phoenix. The staff here were patient and helpful to assist me. I was impressed with their level of service. I got a brief run down of the collection. I almost gave 5 stars but there is no drive by drop off for materials I borrow. Also no pick up window . Though the book sale selection is small, I was able to score several great deals.

Love this library! I've been bring my little one here since she was 6months- she's 1 now. We go Monday for their baby store time and Thursday for the family story time. Monday's are so much fun- my little one has learned SO much from it. She loves the "hello hello" song and she's learned to clap, stomp and dance from of us going since she was a infant. The teacher is wonderful too! Thursday's are pushed more for the little older girl 2 on up but babies are welcome as well. The only difference is they don't get free play in this one. My little one enjoys the different songs and books that are read. The teacher is awesome! You won't regret making this your library!

I love this library because it is near my house, but let's face it how can you go wrong with a library adjacent to the Paradise Valley Mall. Also close to my bank and Costco this is awesome! So I use the library for getting all my books, music and movies if Netflix doesn't have what I want and my favorite part is the little key chain library card I always have it with me so when I get my email reminder that I have a hold waiting to be picked up viola I can pick it up on my way home, park right out front in the 5 min zone and within minutes I am home enjoying my selection.

So quick for pick ups. Really wish there was a drive through return bin rather than having to park and return books.

My 4th grader loves coming and hanging out in the castle playing with the LEGO tables and other stem toys. Very inviting and just outside is the splash pad and park. The adults section is huge with lots of seating, tables, and comfortable chairs to read on. They have a large 2 room Book Sale section where you can find books, magazines, puzzles and dvds for $1-$3. My favorite library in Arizona. Also there's a full service cafe inside the library. I ordered a coffee today. Very convenient!

One of the first things I noticed was how spacious the library feels. Everything looked clean and well maintained, which made it a really comfortable place to settle in and focus. There was actually already a line of people waiting outside for the library to open at 1 PM on Sunday, which says a lot about how popular it is. One feature I thought was especially cool is their seed library, where you can pick up seeds to plant your own plants at home. They also offer the usual cultural passes, which is always a great perk with a library card. Speaking of that, I really liked how unique their library card designs are. I was able to sign up for a card today thanks to a very helpful staff member who made the process quick and easy. Inside, there were plenty of tables and outlets almost everywhere, which made it perfect for getting work done. There is also a free charging center where you can charge devices. Parking was also simple. I parked at the Scottsdale Civic Center Garage, which made access really convenient. Overall, I was very happy with my visit today and will definitely be coming back.

All Phoenix public libraries offer it once a year and it's a great program, especially if you have little ones. It's fun and my son has loved picking out his little prizes when he earns them. It's nice for adults as well since they have programs for all and it's also free. Love it, thank you Phoenix public libraries for this cool offering for engaging, learning and savings. Currently, this location has extended hours due to their heat relief program so they're open til 9pm. I'm not here for heat relief but appreciate that those not needing it can still benefit with the continued full services being offered. I drove 30 min here since they are the only location open. Overall, it's been comfortable, clean, quiet and a pleasant visit. The staff is kind and accommodating with great customer service and it's a spacious, amenity abundant location. I've been to near all Scottsdale and Phoenix public libraries so I'm in the know and this the spot to a go go go!

We will often ride our bikes down, and just hang out in the air conditioned comfort, playing games, or reading books. Sometimes the girls will do some computer-based activities, and I'll catch up on Facebook or Twitter, on my iPhone. One of the things I love about Phoenix area libraries is the Culture Pass; you "check out" a culture pass and get free tickets and admission to area museums, including the Heard, the Bead museum, etc. There is plenty of parking, and several bike racks available.
