Well back again to get the transmission fluid changed in my 2016 RAM. I dealt with Shaun and scheduled the appt for 8:15 on 8/19/2026. He was professional and it was obvious he wanted my experience to go well. Because I was going out of town I wanted to be sure I would get my truck back the same day. He had it done well before noon. They washed my truck and Shaun even followed up to be sure I got everything I needed since he was out to lunch or unavailable when I picked up my truck. The other service reps were friendly and very helpful also. If you read my past experiences with this dealer and the ones in Chattanooga, I was very disappointed. While I think they are way overpriced, It was obvious they stepped up their game and provided great customer service. I will use them again in the future. Great job. read more

High prices and horrible trade ins! I came in for a new 3500 Ram diesel truck. They didn't really have what I wanted so I was going to settle. The fleet manager gave the tiniest discount I have ever gotten. I thought I would trade in my 2023 and check KBB and NADA trade in values before I came in. They offered 20k less than trade value for my 2 year old 18,000 miles mint trade.... This was my second chance for them as I came in a couple years ago to buy a company van, also a company diesel truck and a Jeep all at the same time. No trades the first time, and no discounts or good prices so I opted to buy from the dealer I used before. This dealer was close to where I live so I wanted to be able to do business with them. So that's that..... If you want a good deal go to Atlanta or The huge dealer in North Carolina. The big dealers give you 10-12k off each new diesel 4x4 company truck at their fleet departments. Mountain View will haggle for 90 minutes or more to wear you down saying 2-3k is all they can do. I received a mailer from Mountain View Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram that led me to believe I had won a $500 Walmart gift card. When I went to the dealership, they handed me a gift card and never explained that it was actually only a $10 gift card or that I was merely entered into a drawing for the $500. I left thinking I had $500 on the card. When I tried to use it at Walmart, I found out it was only worth $10. I called the dealership to ask about it, and they were annoyed and treated me like I should have already known, even though they never mentioned it when they gave me the card. That is deceptive, misleading, and just plain scummy marketing. I would not trust this dealership. read more

Horrible dealership! Bought a 2026 durango hellcat from them. They went through multiple banks with horrible rates after i said i would go through USAA which gave me a better rate. Said they would ship the car to men In Fla then when I did not use their financing said they could not ship it, so I drove up from Fla to get the car. I bought the car on June 30th and they still have not sent the title to Clay County Fla so I can register it. Called several times and all I get is voicemails and no call backs! went to get my headlight on my 2014 Ram replaced today. Made an appointment but they had no recollection of it. so they took my truck in while my wife and I waited over 2 hours then service guy came to me and asked if I was quoted the price of the bulb at $60 odd dollars and I said yes since when I booked my appointment the guy on phone needed my vin to find part number, so he told me price including part and installation. Well then I get told it's not that price but over double that price. Now it's over $200 to get it done. Told him just to bring my truck to me and I'll do it myself and was informed he had taken it all apart and they were charging me $100 no matter. They charged me 3.5k about one month ago saying my truck will be fixed. It's not even three weeks and my truck still has air issues and I have to pay 2.5k to fix it again!!! Nor the engine or anything vital is the problem, if they can't fix something simple like the air I wouldn't trust them to put hands in my truck's engine. Rubicon took me an hour just to get a tray difference finally they come out so they couldn't give me a trade difference until they ran my credit. This is definitely when people are trying to scam you this is supposed to be a legitimate car dealership yet I felt like I was in some used car dealership totally unprofessional would never buy from them. I've bought many cars 30 years and I've never had to fill out a credit app to get a trade difference. Considering ourselves extremely lucky to have found Mountain View Jeep. Our Wagoneer started to overheat while on a road trip down south. Drove right into the service center where Lathan greeted us and assured us right away they would try to help us. Walked us to the waiting area with snacks, coffee, and drinks. LeBron the sales manager sat down to talk with us and asked us about trip and made us feel right at home. When they diagnosed the problem, they let us know right away it was going to be a couple of hours, but would try to complete the job as quickly as possible. We asked if there was any way we could be driven to the mall to kill some time. Jon drove us all the way to the mall and had us laughing the whole time. Connor kept us informed the entire time our car was in service. When our car was completed, they let us know right away. They even washed it for us before we got back on the road. Customer service and customer follow up is an absolute joke ! If the sales manager's or employees would actually call customers back after taking all the information down that would be a start. If you call and ask for them they are always at lunch conveniently. I personally have been dealing with trying to get in touch "certain" people over a car deal for over a month. Initially started about a Tahoe the salesman never got back with me and it sold. He asked me if my phone number was a good number to get back asked me what I wanted what I was willing to spend, and I never heard another word from him. Then it started with another vehicle that my dad was looking at and we ended up deciding we needed two vehicles and we would be paying cash since mentioning that we have gotten nothing but a horrible run around and no call back. I have a cousin that works at the dalton location in management but being a ringgold native I wanted to keep our business and money local. We have a company business and as contractors we try to do everything within our community. It's crazy that financing a car will get you a car deal but wanting to pay cash and no one wants to work a deal ? It's the strangest thing I have every seen. I mean we're not trying to cut into the profit off the front end or off the back end there's always enough write up in new cars with incentives that this lot would still be making money. For the past month I have been on this lot looking at certain vehicles and had every intention of giving them business and I firmly believe Word of mouth is everything . Absolutely unprofessional customer service here. The Cleveland location has a similar vehicle that I have been looking at that has 2000 miles on it, but in the end, it just really puts a bad taste in your mouth with situations like this I even called my cousins location to see if they had this one Particular vehicle and he told me to come on up they were willing to do whatever they needed to do to get the car deals done but at the same time it's just one particular vehicle that I've had my eyes on for three weeks that I cannot get closed....(purchased) And it makes no sense.. none whatsoever ever !Since when did the dealerships stop taking cash deals or wanting to work them ? Since when did employees and managers no longer get held accountable for not calling customers back? Making situations right? Speaking to an actual manager on the phone with it documented and them telling you that they're going to make the situation right and look out for you and to give them 24 hours only to ghost you, never call you back and when you call back a few days later you get the same girl Everytime and every single time they are at lunch? I have never written a negative review in my life but I feel like people should definitely be warned about this business. I bought a 2013 Chrysler 200 limited from them right before Christmas that had right at 71,000 miles on it. I was assured that it had new tires and had been thoroughly inspected - the only issue that they had found was that the sensors were broken so the check oil light is always on. The short and sweet of it is that I have spent $1,500 to date to fix all of the issues on this car that had been thoroughly inspected and had new tires, but I will explain it all if you'd like to read on. I bought the car on a Friday and by Saturday, I realized that it sporadically made a clicking noise. I quickly made an appointment with their maintenance shop for that Monday but was told that they would need to keep it for at least a day, maybe 2, so I had to come back a few days later when I was able to get permission to work from home for a few days. When I came back, they told me that it would be $250 to just look at it. I emphasized that I had bought the car less than a week ago and they encouraged me to speak with the sales manager to see if they could waive the fee. The sales manager was very rude and told me that they wouldn't help me because I 'bought a car that's over a decade old.' I reinterated that I was told that it had been inspected and nothing was wrong with it but they refused to work with me so I took the car to another auto shop to get it looked at. Well, my new car, which had supposedly been thoroughly inspected, needed almost $1,000 worth of work done, including replacing the driver's side axle, replacing the break pads, and rotating the tires. We weren't able to address the clicking noise, which was an issue with a part of the door because it cost too much to fix all of the safety hazards. But that wasn't it. This week my tire went flat twice and I carried it to a Discount Tire. Not only did the flat tire have FOUR holes in it, three of which had been previously patched, but both of the back tires had dangerously little tread left. So I ended up spending $500 to repair three tires that were supposedly new. The mechanic was angry on my behalf and left the flat tire in my trunk. He encouraged me to take it to the dealer and ask for a refund, but I already know how this business "helps" it's customers. I definitely feel very disrespected and taken advantage of, especially since I was recovering from a concussion and minor brain bleed when I was trying to find a car as quickly as possible so that I could get back to work. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this dealership and I will be posting this review to every platform I can read more

These guys are crooks and not dependable. Slept through all ethics in school or ignore it. Over the years, the service department has been horrible and can't give accurate turnaround times. They've kept my Jeep for a week before. Their sales team is about themselves and nothing else. I made a mistake buying my last vehicle there and was taken advantage of (and too embarrassed to call them on it). I went back recently and this team was arrogant and wasted my time even after specifically saying what it would take to redeem them. I clearly said I don't want to talk unless we're in the same ballpark. All a ploy to quote a price $5k above their sticker and internet price. I left disappointed thinking they might have changed over the years. They are crooks and will try everything they can to scheme you. People can change. This dealership has not. Refund us! Terrible service experience. We spent over $2,000 and they told us 4 times the jeep was fixed only for us to drive 10 miles down the road and the same issue happen. Now They want to charge us $3500 more just to experiment on solutions because they don't know. We took it to the dealership thinking they are the experts. We could have trouble shooted with any mechanic we wanted someone that knew what to do with their product but did not get that. They basically charged us 3500 to run us off because the tech had no clue how to fix it. On top of this they never returned calls after having the jeep for a month and we always had to drive 30 minutes there to get any kind of update or answers only to find the manager and techs standing around, not even busy and could have answered our phone calls easily. I really enjoyed working with Christian. He really made the process easy. The Jeep I wanted was very specific and was last years model. It had to come from out of state but my order arrived quickly and Christian and the staff at Mtn View exceeded my expectations. My favorite part was the ability to do most of the transaction over text and phone. This was my busy time of year at work so I did not have time to go back and forth at the dealership in person. Mtn View also honored my True Car trade in certificate which I thought was a fair number. The best part was once the vehicle was ready I went into sign a few documents and that was it. First all I want to comment on the new facility, it is stunning. I love the drive in service bays and the showroom and lot are all arranged very nice. My visit today was for service on a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I schedule an appointment which was done only one day before my requested date and they were able to accommodate me which was great as I had today off from work. I was met in service by Ben Carter who is a real professional. He took detailed notes from my discussion and said they would call me back as soon as the technician had diagnosed everything. Exactly as promised he called and explained everything in detail and since my problem was under warranty he said there would be no cost. He asked me about other maintenance items to see if they had already been done which was good and I like that he wasn't pushy and trying to force me into services that are not needed like some dealers do. They made the repairs and a couple of hours later he called again and said it was ready and I returned to pick it up. Overall it was a great visit and I will continue to use them when I need service on my 2019 Ram 1500 Longhorn (which is the six time truck of the year by the way) or Jeep. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO BE SERVICED HERE! They told me to bring it in on Monday 1/22/24. When I got there, I was told it would probably be Thursday before they would even get to check it out. Then why have me bring it in on Monday? So I was without my car for days for no reason. They finally diagnosed it on 1/30/24. They had to order a part, which I was told would arrive by 2/6/24. On that day they said the part would now arrive on 2/8/24 (today) which it did. Now they are telling me it will HOPEFULLY be done by the end of next week. There's no reason why it should take that long. They have also said there are no rental vehicles available. I'm a single mother with 2 school age kids, and I've had to miss work due to not having a ride. I've tried calling to speak to management and I can't get anyone to return my call. I brought my vehicle here for service a couple years ago and they had it for about 3 days and even gave me a loaner vehicle and I had no issues. I'm not sure what has changed here in the last couple years but it's absolutely unacceptable. Something needs to be done. read more

I had my Dodge Ram serviced on Thursday May 28. This is the second service they have done in my truck. The first one they claimed they couldn't find my locking lug nut to rotate the tires. 3 (three) different people supposedly looked for it and could find it. It was located exactly where I told them it was. So this time, I put the lug nut in the hands of the person taking care of me. After the service was complete I had to ask for my tool back. Then my husband comes home and is looking at the tires asks notices that every locking lug nut is loose! Are you kidding me!? I had been communicating via text about trading my husband's car in since there are such great deals at the moment. I took my husband's car to get appraised and to do a test drive and check out the deals. If the price was right, the plan was for my husband to get off work early to come to the dealership to do the paperwork. It started off promising and this is definitely not the first time I've bought or negotiated pricing on a vehicle. I told the sales associate about my husband being at work and if we could work out a deal he would come out to close it. After he learned that, I got the feeling (as did my friend who was with me) that he didn't really want to work with me. I was told "if you're actually serious about this, come back with your husband and I'll work to get you guys a deal". Excuse me??? I was there to make a deal, on behalf of my husband, but because I wasn't with my husband you weren't going to work with me on getting a good deal??? Not the way to earn business. While I'm sure not all the associates at this dealership do business this way, this one did and I felt like it was a sexist comment. UPDATE: While I couldn't answer the phone and didn't have the opportunity to call back, the manager did call and leave me a message apologizing for my experience. Get ready for bait and switch! Get ready for a management team that doesn't care to honor deals that they agreed to. Their sales rep "Andrew" spent two days negotiating with me online. On day two, I gave him a my last out the door counter of X dollars. Mr. Andrew responds with "Let me talk with my manager and see what he's willing to do". Later I respond to him asking him "are we set" and Mr. Andrew responds with "Yes". All of this being in writing. I get ready to pickup, that's when Mr "Jacob" who says he is the sales manager says, sorry we can't sell it for that price. Mr. Jacob states that it will cost me and additional 15.6% to close the deal. I share with Mr. Jacob that the price was agreed to in writing and that it was agreed to as the out the door price and Mr. Jacob didn't care. I requested to speak with Mr. Jacob's boss and was passed onto Mr. "Troy" who said he was the manager of the manager. I was given the same careless attitude and effort. Then, to top it off, when I researched the VIN I found out that the advertised year on the motorcycle was a lie as well. On the add it said 2019, but based upon what I found out it's a 2018. Wow, I don't know where to start. I will spare the in and outs of what Ram can do to get out of a warranty. I am sure what they did is technically legal but am fairly confident it crosses the bounds of good ethics. I will focus on the basics of customer experience with Mountain View Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Back in June I had my vehicle diagnosed for an issue. After the diagnose I was told that it would be an issue covered by warranty but it would take a while to get my part in. I agreed to have it done. After approximately a week I received a call with the good news. My part was in but it will still be a couple of weeks before they could do the work. We agreed on a date. I brought the vehicle in at that time. After a few days I received a call. I was elated that I was finally getting my vehicle back. Surely they were calling me to tell me it was ready. Next came the big disappointment. They were sorry but my issue would not be covered under warranty after all. After weeks of waiting it would not be covered? This was a significant expense (over $7,000) so I ask them to provide verification of why and I would come get my vehicle. While I am sure that the quote they provided me was standard pricing, I found it to be excessive. The next bit is what truly crystalizes how they feel about providing a good customer experience when things are not going well. When I went to get my vehicle I received my documentation and was told to go the the cash register to check out. I shrugged my shoulders and was polite. There should not have been a bill but perhaps they had documentation to review. Oh no, after not having use of my vehicle for the better part of a month, being turned down on a warranty claim (whatever they did in their initial diagnostic was clearly wrong) and asking me to pay an insulting amount to fix the vehicle, they now wanted me to pay the initial $130 diagnostic cost for that diagnostic. Well at this point I was beyond angry so I asked her to explain to me why I needed to pay. She sent be back to the service desk where they finally agreed to omit that bill by simply keeping the paper work and telling me to "have a nice day." Mistakes and problems happen as a normal course of business. The mark of a good business is how they resolve them. Mountain View Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram did an unacceptable job of managing my situation. As one small individual there is little I can do. I will make an extra effort to educate others on my customer experience with them. Perhaps they will care about their reputation one day. read more

Whoever the red headed manager guy is that came up to my husband and I after we decided not to buy was basically harassing us as we we driving off the lot. They didn't give us the price we wanted and we just needed some time to go home and talk about it. That didn't mean we weren't gonna come back for what we were looking at. But this guy literally came up to our car as we were leaving and was asking us why we "couldn't help them out." That was so unnecessary and for all he knew we would be back tomorrow with a bigger check. But omg never have I been talked to that way. It was so unfortunate because our salesman was awesome. We wasn't even trying to lowball but we had our price in mind, found something we liked and asked if we could get it for that price and the answer was no. It was no big deal or shouldn't have been. The dude coming up to us was SO unnecessary and felt like harassment. It was a good experience up until that point. We will not be back! My wife and I have been down there at least four times today was our fifth trying to buy a Dodge Challenger we The same salesman come out each time he knew nothing about the car today we went and talk to the general manager very nice person he helped us out quite a bit on our way out we went back to look at the same car in the back we ran into a young man who owned a charger sitting right next to the Challenger even open the door to his personal car to let us sit in and check out super knowledgeable about the two cars I asked him if I could have a card for some more information as we had to leave the salesman that was helping us before told him that he could not give us a card and basically did not even talk to us I have never been treated so bad in my life by A salesman unfortunately they lost close to a $60,000 sale over me asking for a card for another salesman to get a little bit more information with somebody that knew something about the car avoid this place like the plague read more
