We were reluctant to make an offer before looking at other properties in eastern WA we were scheduled to view over the next 2 days. Apparently another person went and viewed the property we liked a few hours after us, and they made an offer. Blake knew that this was his only listing that met our needs, yet he didn't notify us, or ask us if we might want to make a competing offer. I thought real estate agents are supposed to work for thier clients, not against them. To make a long story short we are very upset and unhappy over our experience with Century 21 Lund Realtors, and Blake Griffith.

So far, not at all happy with my experience. At the get go, they seem informative and helpful. But…read moreonce you sign a lease, the going gets tough. We were supposed to move into a home, it's the day before and still haven't received any information or communication. We are moving from out of state and it's pulling teeth to get help from them! They are going to "check everything" the day of and text us a code to supposedly get into the home. So even though we are paying for tenancy starting at midnight, we don't get any information until late in the morning we are supposed to move in. We are homeowners and also own several rental properties and would never treat our tenants in such a manner. We will see how the move in goes. Might be finding a lawyer if the garbage continues .
