I don't feel comfortable giving five stars because I haven't actually ended up going through with buying a house with his help as yet and thus can't speak to a pretty critical part of the process. What I have experienced is five star, no doubt. Greg was willing to work with us despite our very odd circumstances and appearance (and car and ...) that was vastly below our financial means, and never really questioned our earnestness. We've always set our sights at sort of lower price points and so we've looked at some real crappy places with Greg and he's always offered his honest opinion of the severity of problems and whether each house has been worth the asking price. Greg has never once tried to up-sell or to get us to look at something we didn't want to pay for. And he's helpful and cheerful and personable and genuinely friendly, keeping in touch even when he knows we're not in the market and encouraging us to send him postcards when we travel. That sort of personal relationship is just unbeatable and provides the sort of comfortable environment and dialogue I really need when I'm dealing with such major life decisions. I know others have had bad experiences with Windermere, but Greg Moe is fantastic and I'd recommend him to anyone.

Now, with a week left until closing I'm left wondering if it is worth the delay for a couple of grand.

Cascade is by far the best management company I use. The reviews are by a tenant and a competitor. Donna has kept my properties in good repair and occupied. She has always been fair with everyone. It's amazing that out of the hundreds of tenants Donna has, only one has complained. In 30 years, I have never had a tenant complain about Cascade Property Management.

Mike Barber was recommended to us by my partner's family - he actually helped four other family members buy their houses and they were all very happy with him. Mike was incredibly patient with my partner and I, taking us out for hours every weekend, answering all our questions, dealing with how vague and unsure we were about what we wanted (our list of what we wanted changed practically daily!), our hemming and hawing over houses we were interested in, and more. He always offered to drive us (saved a lot on gas!), and we had a great time chatting to him about everything from sports, to food, to politics. He always had great advice on each house we looked at, educated us on what to look for, and once we were ready to make an offer he had great connections in the various industries (inspection, financing, etc) - people that had been doing it a long time and really knew what they were doing. He never pressured us, and made sure we always felt we could use anybody, and would wait for us to ask him for a recommendation. The only pressure I ever felt from him was him making sure we _really_ wanted a house. He always said, it has to feel right! He also was amazing at getting us the lowest possible deal on a house. I added the pictures of the closet the owner threw me through, the keys to my car he threw against the wall to break so I couldn't leave and some of the bruises from him throwing me around my own bedroom.
