I booked the place, I received texts regarding what my door code would be and a link to book early and/or late check in/out, pet fee. A dog friendly place was necessary for us. Keep an eye out for a Miner's Camp sign to find the place. Drive through and park at your cabin. One of them has handicap parking.. We had a great stay. The place was clean with the exception of some spiderwebs and dust. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash were fixed in the shower. Decent water pressure. There were extra towels in a drawer, a couple makeup remover towelettes by the sink, an extra roll of toilet paper. The kitchen had a small fridge with a small freezer area, stove, oven, utensils, pots and pans. I do, however, wish there were more garbage cans. There was a small one in the bathroom and a small one in the kitchen. The sitting area on the porch was great. The TV in the living space was nice as well. Across the street was Brew Master's Deli-- note their hours. Worton's Market (a popular supermarket with a view) is 3-5 minutes away. We would definitely stay again.

Mouse poop in every room! Unsanitary! Disgusting!…read more We told the property manager and they were already aware of a mouse problem in multiple of their cabins, but failed to inform us and inspect the cabin prior to our arrival! They transferred us to a different cabin but that one also had mouse poop in every room, and a large pile in the living room. We even saw a mouse run through the kitchen on our last night. Don't rent from Tahoe Rental Company! Terrible!

However, when they shipped it, they bought a box from USPS that was literally 10x bigger than they needed to; and paid $73 for it, ultimately trying to charge me $100 to ship a small pillow to me. I tried to say i'd pay $50 but they would not have it; even though they agreed the mistake was on their side. These are small dollars, but the lack of mgmt competency is clear.
