My first time going here, was early/on-time. Walked in, only person in front was the receptionist; older, white lady).
I hesitated for her greeting, as I'm a shy person in general, but didn't hear anything, if she did greet me. She definitely didn't look at me when I walked in, so o assumed she was busy on her computer.
So I approach the counter and say hello. She still didn't say anything back to me.
Except to ask if I was so-n-so, so I confirmed and she handed me paperwork to fill out. So I sat down in the chair and proceeded to fill out paperwork. Just then, a FEDEX man comes inside and she greets him loudly and happily.
Wow! It is clear at this point that she was picking-n-choosing whom to greet and be friendly to.
If you're a person of color, I do not recommend this business. read more
