I am by no means computer illiterate but the lady at the desk just kept telling me it had to be on the flowers screen when my screen said you are checked in see receptionist! I mean come on its 7Am and Im sick as a dog, help a girl out! The Dr was super short and a little weird. I was sent home with nothing to help with a high fever that had been 3 days! Listen I get viral but no relief ‍ went to the "other" Urgent care today and have meds in hand with pain relief as well! Wont waste my time here again. After a surprisingly short wait in the waiting they wheeled me into the little room in back and took my vitals. I then waited for almost an hour to get xrays. After finding no broken bones they gave me a shot of some nsaid and just wheeled me out the door. My right leg was still bleeding actively through an open wound and I could barely even walk. No braces, no cane no crutches, not even a bandaid. To say that I was not impressed with the service that I was given is an understatement and after looking at the reviews of this place seems like I'm not the only one who was mistreated or misdiagnosed by this location.

Extremely frustrated that we've had to wait around this long. Why offer a service like this if it can't be done in a timely manner.
