They provide incorrect information…read moreto nursing mothers and have to be corrected by lactation consultants, their office staff have really bad attitudes and tones, and their office staff will not let you speak and talk circles until they hang up on you. The worst thing about this doctor's office is in their billing and coding by far. The cost to the patient is the highest in town and they will double bill you if you have both children seen at the same time. For example if your visit is 30 minutes they will say one kid is 20 minutes and another is 30 minutes. I recommend you use any other pediatric doctor in town other than this office

Rapid City Regional has messed up a ton on billing at least during 2016. Sent me to collections…read morefor my son whom was on medcaid and spouse on medicaid at two different times cause they didnt bill out properly and said didnt receive confirmation to go to an office. It was one excuse after another and then said its to late to rebill cause they sent it to collections. Even before collections they were given proof on both occassions. Good work sending this disabled US Army Veteran to collections.
