Then they took 3 months to figure out they were trying to charge my expired credit card. We offered to pay by cheque if they would come back and fix the pest issue that they didn't fix on their last visit. Their website says they do free call-backs if there are unresolved issues - seems it's not true. They made 3 appointments to do the fix and pick up our cheque and never showed up on any of the appointments. They lied and claimed they showed up, though we have cameras to prove they never arrived. I still have the cheque on my kitchen counter 4 months later. Instead of actually trying to address the situation, they turned the issue over to a nasty credit collection agency. The technicians were great. The management has no idea what customer service means.
