They ignored that information and sent a so called technician named Nathan Merenyi to see how much he could inflate the quote for a basic removal. We showed him the entry point where the eavestrough had pulled away leaving an opening. He didn't even bother putting a ladder up to get a closer look. Instead he wanted to see how many soffit vents there were to try and charge for entry prevention. We told him this was the first breach in 20 years and the soffit vents were fine. We requested that they install a one way door and after the squirrel was excluded seal the entry point. He said so all you want is a basic removal and we said that is all we require. We asked that he email it to us. He then sat in his truck for 30 minutes writing up a quote for his version of a basic quote. He then left and later I received his quote for a total of $1,812.52 (see attached image) The most corrupt business I have ever dealt with. They charge $695.00 for no reason on to of the Can you imagine what they charge for a full service removal.

Had to practically BEG Jim to come back because he refused to believe that it could possibly be mice and literally said to me "you actually want me to go inside the attic??". He finally sent his very professional and compassionate employee who found a major infestation of mice in the attic. He placed a bunch of bait there which hasn't solved the problem, and they told me there wasn't anything else they could do except spray which would be harmful to our health, and would leave dead mice corpses everywhere which they don't help find or clean! Wouldn't attempt any sort of traps, cages, electronic devices, nothing! Also never came back or called for a follow up ever!! The guarantee is an absolute joke, they should be ashamed of themselves! At the same time I had also used them to spray for centipedes. The centipedes came back after a month, and the spray stained my tiles! Which of course they said they've never experienced before. Beyond disappointed with every aspect of their service.
