They made 3 appointments to do the fix and pick up our cheque and never showed up on any of the appointments. They lied and claimed they showed up, though we have cameras to prove they never arrived. I still have the cheque on my kitchen counter 4 months later. Instead of actually trying to address the situation, they turned the issue over to a nasty credit collection agency. The technicians were great. The management has no idea what customer service means.
