I was totally horrified as this is a new home.. when doing further research. I hired this company to address a mice issue in my home. Quick to book an appt and good hours for someone who works during the day. The technician -Paul- was amazing! He is very kind, knowledgeable, thorough and reasonable. He was quick to identify entry points into the house and recommend how to fill them. He also answered all my questions. We have used a number of pest services before. Living in Leaside in Toronto, we have quite a problem with carpenter ants. We used to find the problem reoccurring several weeks after the spray treatments. And, that was getting expensive. Through our trial and error we found Advantage and we are glad we did.
