They ignored that information and sent a so called technician named Nathan Merenyi to see how much he could inflate the quote for a basic removal. We showed him the entry point where the eavestrough had pulled away leaving an opening. He didn't even bother putting a ladder up to get a closer look. Instead he wanted to see how many soffit vents there were to try and charge for entry prevention. We told him this was the first breach in 20 years and the soffit vents were fine. We requested that they install a one way door and after the squirrel was excluded seal the entry point. He said so all you want is a basic removal and we said that is all we require. We asked that he email it to us. He then sat in his truck for 30 minutes writing up a quote for his version of a basic quote. He then left and later I received his quote for a total of $1,812.52 (see attached image) The most corrupt business I have ever dealt with. They charge $695.00 for no reason on to of the Can you imagine what they charge for a full service removal.

I called them beforehand to get clarity on how they needed the apartment to be prepared. I prepared the apartment to their liking with everything removed from the cupboards and covered with a sheet. They completed their roach spraying while I was on a work trip without me present. During the call before the service, I also told them to call me if there were any issues or if they had any questions while they were in there and I would do my best to assist as i would not be physically in the unit, and they said they would (i never recived a call so assumed everything was okay). When i returned, I received no information of what work was completed, or if any work was completed. So i called with several questions about their thoughts about the roach activity, what next steps needed to be completed on my end and what pest control I could do on my end. None of my questions were answered - instead, I was met with extreme rudeness and yelling from the female owner of this company because I missed emptying one cupboard up top with just a few items in it in my rush to get to my work trip. When I said I would no longer use their services because of the way she was talking to me, she continued to yell, and so I said I would not tolerate being spoken to that way, told her to have a great day and hung up. Despite this, I felt bad about our conversation, and emailed to see if we could start off on a new footing and reiterated my questions in email - i recieved no reply. Instead, she then reported me to my property management and lied about abusive behavior occurring during the scheduled call (of which I did not attend because i was on a work trip). Scum behavior. Avoid 1000000%, there are several other companies who will treat you way better.
