On August 25 2014 PPC Services treated our attic for mice and said we would have no rodent problems for six months.
In the middle of September I caught a mouse in a trap in our basement. I called, left a message, but received no response.
After trapping more mice, on October 8 I called again at which time the company said it would come back and retreat our house in the week of October 13, and I confirmed this undertaking in an e-mail.
Two weeks later and still no sign of them and the trapped mouse count has now risen to seven. I have written to the company again asking for a refund.
Frankly, I think giving PPC Services one star is a bit generous.
Yes, I have received a refund but this does not alter the fact that the rodent treatment did not work. As of mid-November I'm still trapping the occasional mouse. read more
