Nice looking facility near the human resort. Unfortunately they did not bathe nor trim nails as I…read morehad asked for upon checking in for a 2 night and 3 day stay. Also did not follow feeding directions to add water to dry food as greyhounds don't chew like other breeds. God thing I did daily checks. Placed a blanket on the cement floor which was very slick. Also failed to provide an elevated bowl. Reason I mention, is because I CALLED AHEAD and stated I would bring one if they didn't have one. I was assured one would be provided~ NOT! Given some excuse that another dog had chewed it up and was not available. If you knew this, then why did you insist when I called to not bother to bring mine? Definitely will not be coming back here.

My chihuhua's very first day at Daycare was at this FABULOUS place!…read more With a 2 story air balloon mascot named Bentley sitting outside the resort & spa, it's hard to miss while driving down National Pike Rd. Having just opened in May 2009, it's a smacking brand new space, so it's very clean, with polished hardwood flooring throughout, and the staff are very friendly (except when you are running late to pick up your pet, EVEN THOUGH you have informed them several times you may be 15-20 minutes late)... The daycare hours are 8am-6pm daily, and if an additional hour is required, it's at an additional cost. Makes sense! However, please note: they are not pleased if they have to stay later than 7:00pm. I do not mind shelling out for their additional services, but, although they WILL wait, they are very strict about locking up at 7:00pm...and their friendliness sizzles down a notch or two... My puppy was very comfortable with all the staff there, and seemed a happy camper when I went to pick her up! Also, I was touched that they hand crafted a hot pink name tag for her, took a photo of her, and framed it as a souvenir! Aaawww....sweetness!!! Nice added touch for going the extra mile! I love this place! If this was close to where I live, I would bring my dog here every weekend! It's very hard to take my dog elsewhere after such great service and cleanliness! My only advice: I wish they would be willing to extend their hours if needed! Like I said, I don't mind paying for the extra hours!

Call answered by Ai, don't call back Let my dog sit 3 hours…read more(at least) before starting his appointment 1:00, last one out at 5:00 while she took walk ins and finished them before my dog Charged $30.00 above published price with not much of an explanation ($100.00 is way too much for a small dog!) Tried to talk to owner who just gave excuses. The two walk in's cost $6.00 less than my one dog No satisfaction at all! If I could give minus 5 I would! Rachael is not a good business person, she has a lot to learn!

I went to Groomer's Touch for about 10 years. It was great when Jen was the owner. Now that Rachel…read morehas taken over it appears she not a good business person. I have stayed with her but now I cannot. I called the day before my appointment for my female Airedale terrier this week. She's raised her prices again and I wanted to know the price. She quoted me $85 which as a $20 jump but I accepted it. The morning of the appointment my girl came in with small burr seeds in her coat. I spent some time brushing her legs and belly as well as beard to remove the bulk of them, her torso too but it is quite short cut. My dogs are very active but given the dry hot weather (and fact I've showered them numerous times to cool them off) she was not that dirty since there's no mud to get into as she loves to do. I dropped her off with clipping instructions to take her a bit shorter on her legs. When I arrived to pick her up I was charged $107. This is the second time with has been done to me and this time it was a slap in the face given I called the day before for the price. (I was charged $20 extra another time for my boy which I thought was slimy business practices. Dogs are dirty, groomers clean dogs. That's your business, right?) I protested the extra charge. The girl said "I talked to Rachel, had to bath her twice and she was matted). Bull. She was not matted as I brushed her before I brought her. She shouldn't have needed two baths if she was bathed properly the first time. And she says the new cut took longer. If you don't know a proper groom for an Airedale that is your problem. You are dog groomers who should know your business. And she nicked Mina's private parts in the process. I met a woman right after at another groomers I stopped at on the way home who also used to go the GT with Jen but found Rachel's grooming skills and professionalism lacking. Long story short. I'm done. I will not go back. You're a business owner but won't be for long at this rate, Rachel. Ps. I just got off the phone with Rachel. Although I was told the additional bathe I was charged extra now is standard - she said and I quote 'we bath all dogs twice; b) that the $85 was just a 'base price' so any additional charges- beware! They can charge what they like. And then she hung up on me.
