He would shiver every time we touched him. Our other two older dogs seemed okay for the most part besides their paws bleeding from the cement Kennels. I called Diane to see if something had happened or if she had any explanation as to why my dog would be so thin, she said that he ate very good and the only reason she could think of is that he was very active while there. We live on 2 acres that he roams freely- I don't see him being more active in a kennel than at home. While away I had asked her to send a picture of them but she never did, I let it go assuming she was just busy but I should have persisted. Below are pictures of him before and after being at her kennel for 10 days. I will never leave my dogs with her again.

We had a bad experience the last time we had to board our little doggie at another facility, so we were a little apprehensive trying a new place. Josh and the team at PC were so amazing and kind. They sent us pictures of our little doggie throughout her stay, and even asked us about our vacation. You can tell that they genuinely care about the dogs and put their best interest first. My dog loves it there. She came back more obedient and well-behaved. It was such a pleasant experience and we will absolutely be back. I feel like Josh and the team at PC is part of our extended dog family.

They said absolutely if she had all her vaccinations which she does. We arrived and they were so nice to her and us. We were given a link to keep an eye on her throughout the day, she had so much fun but was a bit shy! They took her to eat with them making sure she had a bit extra care. When we arrived they brought her to us with a gift bag filled with toys and treats for her and us. We were told she had an amazing day and was welcome back any time. We asked about how to pay and they informed us her first day was free. We were absolutely speechless, it isn't very often that a business cares and truly appreciates our business. We were also impressed at how they loved each dog that walked I. As if they were their own. I will definitely be taking her there for many of the amenities and services they provide. A huge thank you for taking the time and loving what you all do.

Decided to terminated my contract early because of these issues and received a nasty email full of personal attacks including that he didn't think it was in my best interest to keep my dogs. As an added insult I was charged for extra gas and tolls. I have been a dog owner all my life and have had only positive experiences with other trainers, groomers and veterinarians. Brett is very flexible and accommodating, and I appreciate that it's always him who shows up to walk my dog. The consistency is fantastic, and so is the fact that he's licensed and insured.
