He did come back, but after this second attempt it was still not resolved. I started to move into my new home and put things away. I opened the kitchen cabinets and they were DISGUSTING with so much dirt, dust, grime, and stains. He didn't even attempt to wipe things down, but only tried to make it look visually alright (very sloppy still) and I checked my closet SO MUCH dirt. I asked for a discreet refund via email. He called me at 20:00 after business, and decided to throw blame on the customer for, literally his words "cheaping out". I'm not sure a professional service is supposed to call his own services a "cheap out". It is definitely not satisfactory to my former management, clearly, and they have and will leave the job unfinished as soon as you leave the premises. I don't appreciate being called at 8pm at night time instead of email, I don't like being played with my money, I don't like people who cheap themselves and their clientele out, and I don't like their empty promises of professionalism

Throughout our discussion, Shaul gave us multiple options and three different proposals that fit our budget and vision. He knows a great deal about the difficulties in the whole house remodeling and ways to expedite the process. What's also worth mentioning is that his proposal is the clearest among all the bidders. Although we decided to go with a different route, it's very pity for us not to have the chance to work with Shaul and his team. I can't say enough good words about his persistence. He doesn't give up easily and always comes back with a better solution. I would highly recommend anyone if you have the opportunity to work with him.

What started as…read morejust wanting to update my kitchen turned into a complete transformation of multiple spaces in my home, and I'm so grateful I chose him. He did my kitchen, stairs, baseboards, and a room, and every single detail came out beautifully. From the very beginning, Jake was so easy to work with. He's incredibly flexible, patient, and genuinely listens to what you want. He helped me pick out paint colors that I never would've thought of on my own, and everything just came together perfectly. What I appreciated most is how honest he is; he's not there to just get the job done, he actually cares about doing it right. Beyond the work itself, Jake is just a genuinely good person. He's very family-oriented, and that kindness shows in how he treats people. There was a day I was having a really hard time, and his wife gave me a little goody bag that completely turned my day around. That meant so much to me, and it's something I'll never forget. He's a hard worker, someone I fully trust in my home, and his pricing is fair. He's even willing to work with you when it comes to financing, which takes a lot of stress off your shoulders. Jake didn't just renovate my home. He gave me a space I truly love again. My kitchen feels warm and inviting, and I actually enjoy cooking in it now. If you're looking for someone who cares about both the quality of their work and the people they're working for, I couldn't recommend him more. -Kenna

Israel and Aaron were very considerate while removing wood paneling wall covering and sheetrock to access needed junctions. They ended up spending half a day, tracing wires and rewiring the wall outlet. Pricing seemed fair for the work, even though it took longer than any of us thought it would. They cleaned up and put things back to the best of their ability, ran the new wiring behind the base board no no visible sheet rock damage. We had them quote fixing a 220v heater, installing 2 new 220v thermostats, running electrical to our detached garage, and upgrading the electrical box. We ended up hiring them to do all that work as well as an additional outdoor light fixture. They got all the appropriate permits and inspections (we've worked with some that don't even though they say they do) A very good experience with Quality workmanship, very considerate to clean up after themselves, and conscience of their work and environment.
