They take information from you and make promises but they don't communicate with each other. I had a very complicated move with things stored a few blocks apart and moved less than a mile, but they scheduled it for 3 hours and were complaining about working that day (golf tournament) and then left a lot of things behind on purpose because they didn't schedule enough time. Matthew quoted a price via email, then met with my sister at my father's apartment to look at the amount of stuff to be moved. They agreed on a price. When the day of the move arrived, Matthew demanded more. I then called him, and he upped the price even more than initially demanded. He even had the gall to insist he was not holding us hostage, even though that is exactly what he was doing. I now have an estimate from another company for almost half of the initial bid. Avoid this company, they are unethical and do not honor their word.
