Then I cancelled the other requests that I had to other movers, told easy around moving and delivery that I had booked the elevator and they told me they would have to get back to me and let me know if they could make that time then told me a few hours later that they couldn't help me that day at all but could help me the day before and blamed the miscommunication on me even though I had the history of the messages on my phone terrible customer service. don't bother. ----- If you post a review that they don't like, prepare to get a backlash of messages in your inbox. When I was younger, I'd conscript a few friends and stuff a car beyond it's reasonable limits to save a few bucks. Ever cram a queen sized mattress into an Accord? I have. Anyways, time was of the essence for me to move out of my 2-bedroom apartment so I contacted these guys based on the Yelp reviews. Manel replied promptly and after I made my $100 deposit, we were off to the races. Moving day came and the two movers showed up with a massive truck. I'm guessing it was a 5 ton but I'm no expert but could've easily fit 3 times the contents of my condo. I guess they've probably helped a few hoarders with a move. The two guys (Jesse and I don't remember the other's name) ran 15 minutes late but called ahead to let me know. Once they got to work however, they were unstoppable. In just over an hour, they had my entire apartment in the back of the truck. (I also had packed and moved some of the smaller items already) Unloading at my new destination took a little longer due to a narrow entryway but they still navigated it like rockstars - and without any scratches. In total, the move took 4 hours. Their rate including the truck was $100/hr plus $100 delivery fee plus tax. I figure that's decent value. If I had to rent a truck and coerce some friends, it'd have taken me 3 times longer and I'd probably have to buy them dinner.

Lightning-fast replies, proactive confirmations (yes, they texted me a few days before!), and an overall sense that someone competent had my back every step of the way. The movers showed up on time--and in this day and age, that's basically a magic trick. Polite, efficient, and so quiet I barely noticed my couch was flying out the door. They wrapped the whole move in exactly 3 hours, just as quoted, even though I padded an extra hour thinking "no way they'll nail it." And the cherry on top? Company did nothing about the issue and their only response was that they didn't steal it. There was no one else in the apartment during the move, it's been over 6 months every box is now unpacked and the bag is absolutely not in any of the boxes and nowhere to be found. I moved all my other designer or expensive items myself and forgot this new purse because it was still in the shopping bag. I had to go to work while the movers were coming. I left the new purse which was still in the shopping bag sitting on top of a arm chair in clear site, while I was at work during the move, my partner was with the movers and was unaware that the bag was sitting on the chair so he didn't keep an eye on it. When I was off work the move was finished and when I asked my partner where the bag was, he's said he hadn't seen it. The arm chair it was sitting on was moved, and everything else was moved. The one designer item I made the mistake of leaving in my home while this company was moving my stuff was stolen. I waited to post this review as I hadn't unpacked every single box, and as a business owner I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and be sure I hadn't mistakenly packed the new purse somewhere and forgotten, now that I've unpacked EVERY SINGLE BOX I'm 100% positive that this purse was stolen by this coming. No one else was in either my old apartment or the new one asides from them. Not one other item was lost during our move, only the one designer purse. I moved my schedule in order to help them out. Then when it came to pickup they did not show up. Their reasoning was that I had not responded to an email confirming pickup. Naturally as anyone moving would be, I was busy and missed the email. It is not a good look that they would not honour a default pickup date. They indicated that this is because they have a "busy long weekend". That's PR for they overbooked themselves. if you're trying to pay them to make your move easier, it certainly does not do that. Let's not forget the main value of the product is not having to be worried about buying boxes and disposing of them... When I contacted support they offered a pickup date 5 days later and $50 refund. $50 does not cover having to move a week of my plans around due to their overbooking. So now after a stressful move I have boxes in my apartment making it difficult to move around. Taking up space that I would like to use to build new furniture, walk around in, etc. Frogbox made my move significantly harder not easier. I have previously used gorilla box and will use them moving forward.

Super friendly and excellent company.
