After my last review of another location's pizza, Mt. Mike's reached out to make it right. It's clear they do read reviews and care about what their customers have to say. They kindly gave me a gift card to try them again, and this experience was much better! The pizza was really good. We ordered a whole pie this time, along with some wings to try, and everything hit the spot. Thank you, Mt. Mike's, for taking the time to follow up and make sure we had a great experience! read more

Everytime I come to this location. It's rather hot. Not enjoyable temp of type of restaurant to enjoy pizza. These owners are cheap and have their employees working in heat. Poor young lady and gentleman working the counter. Straight sweating just standing there. This is not okay. I felt bad for these employees. Do better as owners whoever you are. I'm reporting you to the health department. I will not be your customer no longer read more

This place has gone downhill. Thus was our go to for pizza for a very long time. Today my husband and I stopped in for the lunch buffet. We walk in and a man comes out from the kitchen. We give him our order and he rings it up, then gets the plates for pizza and salad and puts them down hard on the counter and proceeds to do the same with the cups. We go to get the salad and find the lettuce was slim pickings, the raisins appeared old. I love Mountain Mike's Pizza but today's pizza left me unimpressed. read more

Been here a few times for the lunch buffet. Food was fine and of the usual quality. Last time I went it took a while for food to be put out and long breaks before more food was made available. read more

Came here for lunch buffet. First off no lettuce had to ask and wait. Then pizza..it was only two topping pizzas which tasted like they were sitting..here we are there are three tables all waiting on pizza to come out. Nothing on warmer..I will now be going to round table. Mountain mikes- please stop letting these cheap people open franchises read more

The food here was surprisingly good. Not to be prejudiced, but I've had pizza from all over the country, including Chicago and NYC. This isn't the best I've ever had, but it was definitely up there. Top 3 best places I've had in California for sure. The chicken I had tasted good as well; wasn't dry, the sauce was good and complimented it, instead of overpowering it like most places. The pepperoni was nice and crispy too but soft on the inside; personal preference, but it was good. I am thoroughly impressed by this place. Tracy is lucky to have a pizza place like this. read more

The buffet is back and it's a good deal. Starting at 11am M-F. We got there right when they opened and started the buffet. Salad bar was ready with several options to top your greens with, and 4 dressings to choose from. The first pizza to come out was a half combo & half pepperoni. The second was half Hawaiian & half pepperoni. The garlic cheese sticks are very tasty. Bottomless soft drinks with the buffet. read more

I have a coupon for a pizza for 18.99 plus tax with one topping. They refuse to honor their own coupon. Both locations suck. Saying they can't enter it in their system. So I guess I will not be getting pizza at either location again. Already have bad reviews. Should've know better. Smh read more

0 stars, I ordered online & paid online and sent my husband in with the confirmation email, he said he needed the card I used (which is a virtual card) I screenshot the card number and sent it to him. The guy at the counter was hassling him about showing an ID which he did but it didn't seem good enough because the guy was mumbling remarks still. I mean what is the point of ordering online for pick up if it's going to be such an issue. Super unprofessional I suggest go elsewhere. There are multiple mountain mikes in the area which excellent customer service. read more

ZERO stars! the food was good but they ripped us off made us pay more from what the actual price was originally, the lady upfront just kept staring at us while we were dining in to eat. I payed for a soda drink and she told me 2.56 but actually charge me 3.56, gave us no receipts and I saw that being charge on my bank info, this place scams people for their money, DO NOT COME HERE!! no good customer service either! read more

I hate to leave negative reviews but I just got their large size heart pizza and when I opened the box, it was flying around all over the box and having worked at mountain Mike's previously, I could immediately tell that it was medium size pizza. When I questioned the lady, her reply was oh because it's shaped like that. I don't think I will ever be going back. read more

Yelp fam, 2day not sure whatz was going on with my usual Garlic Tuscan I order from city to city I just know for sure I will NOT return to this location to order one, except for the xellent customer service from Anna. The pizza had everything I wanted on it, but it was paper thin...just by looking at it I was like...uh-ooo this ain't rite...I mean a store bought frozen pizza had more dough...I let i kool for a few minz and the more I waited the more pathetic it got...it was like I ordered a doughless pizza...I couldn't pick up a slice at all...after a verble tussle I FINALLY got my money back, finished my cold beer, and went to fulfill my appetite elsewhere... read more

I'd give this place negative stars if at all possible. The food was good but the atmosphere in the restaurant felt like we really weren't welcomed. From the moment we approached the counter to order, no one smiled or welcomed us. He simply told us over and over that drinks are 1 cup per person and that we couldn't share drinks. No pitchers were available apparently either. My family and I met up with more family after a movie at the mall thinking it'd be a nice Sunday afternoon of pizza and conversation but the restaurant was extremely unwelcoming. It was stuffy and hot inside even though it was cool outside. The owner kept eyeing us like we were stealing something. It's too bad because Mt Mikes has good pizza. If ever in Tracy, find another place to dine in. This one isn't for social gatherings. read more

Manager is inconsiderate, food is overpriced. I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to the Schulte location before I ever return here again. Twice now on separate occasions I've placed orders and been told upon arrival that they cannot honor coupons I got FROM THEM. GrantLine location listed on the flyer and no, they were not expired. Total $53 for a large one topping pizza and a 12 piece wing. Do yourself a favor and try Gold Dust Pizza in Ripon.. Great prices, amazing friendly staff and delicious pizza. read more

Ordered a small sizzling classic and received the pizza in a reasonable time but I can tell you that the pizza is disgusting. The toppings tasted old and the sauce was very light and no flavor. The dough also tasted very old not fresh. Seems the days of quality food at pizza places like Round Table and Mountain Mikes are far gone. The problem is these companies have franchised their brand and the owners do not follow the quality guidelines as it was years ago. I will never order a pizza again and honestly they need to shut this place down. This is the 5th pizza I have gotten that tasted like crap. read more

I bought 2 large pizzas and the pizza was so fresh and delicious! It's been so long since I've had mountain mikes pizza that has been fresh. This is the pizza I grew up on! The service was good and the location was clean and friendly. It has renewed my cravings for Mt. Mikes for sure. read more

Went in with our family and kids. Ordered about $300 worth of pizza. Spent $100+ in quarters for the games for the kids. We were sitting relaxing and the Indian man who I think is the owner was so rude to us. Wanted us gone. Was not a welcoming atmosphere at all! He was agitated and kept staring at us. They close at 10pm it was 8:30 and he told us we had to leave by 9. Will never be back. Have better customer service to your loyal customers! read more

Hands down, consistently worst dining experience for me at a Mountain Mike's. Mediocre pizza quality with rather miserly use of toppings. Uninviting ambiance with Fox News playing on the TVs and the arcade games always turned off. Indifferent service provided by the manager (owner?). Can't beat the lunch special. Best pizza deal in town! Yelp itself sucks since I have to put 85 characters. This is why I don't yelp

Outstanding pizza! I walked in and ordered a medium combination pizza (McKinley) not knowing what all it included and I asked the cashier. The ingredients sounded right and I had read a few reviews before choosing this spot, so I paid and waited outside. I took this picture before getting in my car but waited to write a complete review. I ate half of this pizza all by myself! Superb! I love pizza and have been eating it over half a Century, and my craving has been SA-TIS-FIED!!! LOST CUSTOMERS-WON'T BE RETURNING HERE- Have been ordering to-go pizzas from here for several years, (family of 7-never an inexpensive bill) decided this time to go enjoy the lunchtime pizza/salad buffet. 4 of us ordered the buffet plus an additional joined us (makes 5) and ordered a separate pizza to eat while there, so well over $100 spent (not including the tip we gave the girl). Towards the end of Buffett service, the owner asks, "Are you going to eat more because we're done with Buffett now" well obviously we're done if that's what you're telling us. Got a box to take the additional pizza ordered, asked for a simple ranch to go-he says, "it's .75 because we don't give free for to go orders." I was confused and the girl I'd already tipped just stood there-saying nothing! Clearly not the cost of the ranch that was a bother but I just spent a good amount of money there and because we boxed the rest of the pizza I paid for, he considered it "to-go" and wanted to penny pinch our service. I refuse to support unappreciative businesses- read more

This place is the absolute WORST PIZZA PLACE EVER!!!! Horrible absolutely worst customer service EVER! Went for my son's team party, placed my order in app to beat the rush. Why did team members get thier pizza before my online order? When I approached cashier to inquire she tried to tell me they place thier order 1st. None of what she was saying made sense! Once our food came out server place wrong pizza on our table, came back with correct pizza order and asked us why we accepted the other pizza. To which we replied you said nothing to us and just dropped the pizza at out table turned around and walked away! This young lady had a major attitude problem! Spoke to manager about this and he was not much help. He was justifying her attitude. I will never visit this or any other Mt. Mike's ever again! I hope as a franchise you provide training to the entire staff! It's badly needed at this place! read more

Buffet sucks unless you specifically tell them to go their job and make pizzas. Otherwise they won't. Spent my lunch break here and they made a grand total of 2 pizzas to serve 10 people. I was trying to be polite and give the benefit of the doubt thinking "SURELY THEY'LL BRING OUT MORE PIZZA..." And only when I was leaving and voiced my displeasure for the guy tell me that because there wasnt enough people in the restaurant that I needed to tell him what I wanted him to make......he offered to make me a pizza to go after I told him my lunch is over and I'm leaving...my 3 little slices of pepperoni was $14. I wanted to put no stars actually. Not because of the service of the nice young man who took my order and payment, but because of the manager. I actually try to avoid this place at all cost just because of the manager. I have seen this manager yell at his employees. He's always aggravated and stressed out for some reason or another when his employees are excellent and always helpful. The pizza is great. great, not sure what his problem is. But for him and only him alone I try not to come here. Unfortunately, my family likes this pizza so here I am. In fact, he just tried to give me a pizza. That wasn't even mine. Now I'm waiting for mine which I ordered two pizzas not the one he was trying to give me. read more

Anna is the BEST. Great at customer service and she ALWAYS HAS THE SALAD BAR CLEAN! THIS IS THE BEST SALAD BAR IN TRACY HANDS DOWN! I just wish they had hardboiled eggs though. Other than that, this is the only reason I come here....the salad bar is top notch excellent. Very nice people, the pizza is good but most importantly the customer service is amazingly friendly. By far the best salad bar in Tracy. I will always come back. (Please add some hardboiled eggs though). Thank you Mountain Mikes! Good job! read more

I wanted to try their custom made pizza but when I tried to put everything with an exception of only a few items, the server stopped me because he said it would be too expensive. This rating is in regards to customer service. I ordered pizza to pickup. I told the lady who took my order that I have a online coupon and how can I apply it. She told me that she will apply the coupon. My husband picked up the pizza and was charge the full amount. I called Mountain Mike's and explained to the manager what happened. The manager was so good rude and don't have any customer service skills and did not want to give me credit. The coupon is only $3 but it is the principle for me. My family and I have frequented this location for years and have never had a problem, but tonight our large pizza looked rather small. I brought it to the manager's attention, and he argued with me and said it was a large, and he's been there for 20 years so he knows best. The words 'I'm sorry' never exited his lips, and he didn't give a s**t when I said we've been regular patrons for almost 20 years as well, and he denied any remote possibility that maybe they put a medium crust onto a large pan. The other employees have always been kind but this guy was a total jerk and has no customer service attitude whatsoever. read more

There are two Mountain Mike's pizza in Tracy. We have always dined at the one close to my house which is on Schulte. The food has always been excellent. I love the pizza and the service. However, I am writing this review because of a specific sales person that took my call at the other location on Grant line. I mistakenly dialed the wrong location. She was extremely nice and offered everything available with no pressure on me to decide. I almost decided to just go over there to buy my pizza even though it is out of my way. She goes by Ana but her name is Yogona ( I think I spelled it wrong). The manager should be happy to have such a wonderful employee, nice, respectful and persuasive. I am sure the pizza will be just a wonderful as the ones at the other location. Great job Ana. You have a bright future ahead of you. read more

My mom ordered a pizza at 7:16pm. I called the restaurant at 8:36, bcus the pizzas hadn't arrived yet. The young lady who answered the phone apologized for the delayed. She told me that they were busy and had 2 drivers out delivering pizza. I told if the pizza wasn't delivered in the next 10 mins I would like a refund. The pizza delivery called my mom at 8:59pm to say he was outside. Our pizzas were not hot, but slightly warm. I called the restaurant to speak with the manager. He denied that our pizza were delivered almost 2 hours late. He never apologized instead he got defensive about the pizza "not" being late. He offered to make us "new" pizzas, but I would have to pick it up. He then said you can come to my store anytime and I will make it for free for you. A refund would've been better! Mountain Mike's Pizza - Horribly made dry pizza - Pizza Near Me - Tracy, California

I've been ordering from this location for the past 3 years. Haven't really had too much of a problem from them until now. I placed a order for a small half specialty pizza and pepperoni. I was really starving and it was about 815pm when I placed the order. By the time the order arrived it was about 9pm. Instead of curving right there at the door like I normally do, I didn't and let the delivery driver leave and tipped him. When I opened up the pizza it was incorrect, so I politely called them back and informed them they made my pizza incorrectly. The manger or owner apologized and told me either they could send someone back out with the correct pizza or next time I order it would be on the house for the same pizza. Today I called to order the pizza they said would be free and instead of him honoring what he told me, he's telling me I have to pay for the small pizza and delivery fee but would send a medium pizza for free. What sense that makes idk? Especially when I only wanted the pizza they messed up on and didn't need a extra pizza on top of that which I told him. He still insisted of me paying. That was it for me! I will not be spending another dollar at this place. Go to round table instead! Cause if they mess up they want you to pay for it! read more

One star is being very generous . Went to this Establishment for the buffet And was eating my pizza when I felt something in my mouth that turned out to be a hair ,Looked at the remaining slices of pizza on my plate I noticed that there was another hair in another slice. The lady manager said it hadn't been 8mins yet (it had) and she said it was still another 5 mins. 5 mins came and went and at the end it was over half an hour late, no apologies or even a small discount, didn't even offer to throw in a bottle of coke for a $50 order.
