I hadn't been to a Mountain Mike's in decades. Not disappointed at all. The pizza is great. Crust is buttery, sauce is good, and the pie is cheesey. This location is new, so yes...there will be mistakes as they iron out the kinks. We have used the delivery and pickup, both were fine. They have a lunchtime pizza buffet and salad bar. They also have a small arcade area. Best of all, they have beer on tap. Good place to go watch the game and get some pie. read more

Now, I want to be fair here -- maybe I misremembered, maybe prices went up, maybe inflation has come for the salad bar like it's come for everything else. But my gut said "that's not the number I saw," and my gut, it turns out, was VINDICATED. I just wanted a salad, and at $14.75 for what's essentially pizza-and-salad-bar territory, the math stopped mathing. So my party and I did what any reasonable people do when a "cheap lunch" stops being cheap: we pivoted to sushi down the street, which at that point felt like the actual smart move, not a consolation prize. Great call, honestly. Here's the real gut punch: on my way out, defeated, I spot a sandwich board -- an actual, physical sandwich board, standing right there in broad daylight -- advertising the SAME lunch buffet for $11.99. Not a special. Not a typo. Just a sign, casually contradicting the human being who'd quoted me $14.75 not five minutes earlier, like the left hand and the right hand had never been introduced. Is it a few dollars? Sure. Is it about the money? No. It's about the vibes, and the vibes said "the numbers on the signs and the numbers at the counter are not close personal friends." Received a coupon in the mail some time ago for a buy one lunch buffet and get one free. Because it was only valid M-F it took some time for the stars to line up and both my wife and I were available for lunch during the week. Arrived right at 12:00 and paid our tab, got our cups, pizza plates, and salad plates.. However, found two virtually empty pizza tins under the warmer. By the time we got our soda and picked out seat, the pizza was gone. Made a salad to begin with and the salad bar was great with lots of choices and all was fresh.. It was about 10 minutes before they brought out a fresh pizza, but it was pineapple and ham (yuck).. Another came out and it was combination (had onions and bellpeppers), Another came out and it was some kind of chicken pizza, looked good enough, but didn't care for some kind of seasoning it had on it.. Finally, after about 20 minutes a plain pepperoni pizza came out and grabbed a couple of slices, but by then I was already over the entire fiasco... This Mountain Mike's had just opened this week on Wednesday. After trick or treating, my husband knew where he wanted to eat. Once you walk in, the menu is on the wall and where you place your order is where the phone is at as well, so I'm sure that is going to be hard on the caller and the staff at the front. Of course, the inside was very nice and clean and the staff was friendly. It was a bit pricey, but it was delicious. The pizza was excellent, the wings were soft, the mozzarella sticks were big, and they were seasoned well. And we had leftovers, and personally, I think it tasted better the next day. We were excited to try the new Mountain Mikes and have pizza so close to us. We ordered in the app and our pizza was ready within the expected time frame. The pizza was 5/5. We ordered a classic large pepperoni. The crust was good with garlic butter and loved the flavor of the cupped pepperonis they use. Unfortunately, I give the wedges a 2/5. Our wedges were soggy and we had to put them in our air fryer, but they did have good flavor. We'd love to go back and try their salad bar because it looked like a good fresh variety. read more

The pizzas look amazing and are so delicious! I placed our order online through their website, extremely easy and the discount section was very nice. Order was ready really quickly, and when we came in we added to our order. They kept our pizzas warm while the extras we ordered were being done. The parking lot is pretty easy to navigate and loads of spots. The lighting at night was really well lit, felt seen from any spot of the parking lot. The person at the counter that helped me get my online order was great! Beyond that, I wouldn't recommend this location. I don't think they are in the business with the goal of customer satisfaction. I was told to make the antipasto we ordered, myself and they didn't even have all the ingredients at the salad bar for it. The quality of the wings were the worst of any of the locations I have visited over the years. I ordered a personal cheese pizza and a half pound of boneless wings from Mountain Mike's for delivery. The quoted wait time was 40 minutes, and although the food arrived within that window, everything was cold--both the pizza and the wings. For the price, that's unacceptable. On top of that, the driver didn't have any cash for change, so I was basically forced to give him the rest of my money. As someone who has worked in food service, I know that drivers are supposed to carry change at all times. It really reflects poorly on both the employees and the management. Overall, extremely disappointing experience. I won't be ordering from this location again. read more

We ordered a gluten-free Hawaiian pizza. There was so much grease coming off of the pizza (from bacon) that the whole bottom of the box was covered in grease. When we called to complain and ask for a replacement, they told us they wouldn't give us a replacement unless we paid for it. Terrible customer service! read more

When I saw that they were opening up so close to home I was very excited. I hadn't tried one yet before, but I was happy to just get a pizza place nearby. When we finally tried it we fell in love. It's the only pizza spot that we patronize now. The various flavors of pizzas that they have are so good and I love that they have so many options. The buffet is also a really great deal. The pizza dough perfectly cooked and so were the wings. I just tried their all you can eat lunch buffet including pizza and salad bar. I tried at least six or seven of their top of the line pizzas they were all delicious and fresh and hot. The salad bar was fantastic lots of fresh items to choose from and several dressings they were all very good. The lunch buffet is Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. The staff is very accommodating especially the nice young lady who takes your order. Overall I would highly recommend trying out this new Mountain Mike's Pizza located at the corner of Old River Road & Panama Lane. They have five large green TVs playing sports and other programs. They also have a small game room for the kids. They also have an outdoor patio area that's covered. Do yourself a favor and at least give this place a try I'm sure you won't be disappointed. read more

Saw this new mountain mikes open couple days ago and decided to try it on my day off. they have a all you can eat pizza buffet and salad. the pizza was hot and fresh and the salad was fresh.
