It was not good at all this time we normaly like this pizza not today it was so greasy and the pepperoni Was so spicy the kids could not eat it, not to mention there was plastic on our pepperoni. We did call them to tell them about this, they were willing to give us half off our pizza, but that's not what we wanted. We just wanted to let them know so they did not send another pizza out like this. read more

Horrible, use to love it but, not anymore. No pepperoni. Must keep pepperoni and if not available let the customer know and give other choices. read more

Where's the pepperoni? Ordered a takeout pepperoni, black olive, and mushroom pizza. Not one slice of pepperoni could I find anywhere. Lots of black olives, very few mushrooms. Won't be ordering again. Haven't eaten here in years. Now I remember why. Spend your money elsewhere. I should've opened the box before I left the restaurant. read more

Best pizza ever so good and cheap and they have tvs and very clean and games and the staff are amazing and they have great customer service

I ordered a small BBQ chicken and a large sausage pizza and it was not worth $50. Both pizzas were very underwhelming and not satisfying at all. I had a huge craving for pizza but I am soo disappointed in the quality and flavor of the pizza. They also didn't provide us with any napkins, plates or peppers. read more

Daughter and I got home late at night (3-10-26) and were HUNGRY! We ordered a pizza to be delivered from the Mountain Mikes near Walmart on Lonetree. We were told it would be 40 minutes. An hour passed and no pizza. Daughter called the store but they were closed. Another half hour passes. We hear a commotion outside and go to check it out. Our pizza had been left on the door step and three raccoons were having a party with it! The delivery person was the manager of the store (Brar). He said he rang the bell, but we were sitting not 12 ft from the door and never heard it. He didn't knock, said he didn't want to disturb a sleeping baby?, and didn't call the phone number we gave them. He just left the pizza. He said he would refund, but then later in the conversation he said he was just "sending it to the boss". It's 3 days later and I have no refund. At least our neighborhood raccoons ate well that night. $41.69 is kind of high for raccoon food. Daughter and I made peanut butter sandwiches and went to bed. In the morning I had to clean up after the raccoon party. The phone number of the corporate office on their web site isn't a working number. I managed to find a customer service number in San Jose. The shift manager there told me to make this review and they would answer me. He said this is the only way to contact anyone at corporate. He said they will respond to this review. Will I get a notification? I'm not seeing any responses to other reviews. read more

They have improved so much! Their prices are very compatible, customer service is outstanding, I was helped by Tai (I might of spelled it incorrectly I apologize in advance). I ordered 3 mountain size pizzas , great for parties, they provided us with ranch and plates, the pizza is good and not outrageously pricey as other pizza places around here. There was a time when they didn't seem to care about customer service, nor making a good pizza, but honestly I am very impressed, I'm glad they got good again! They just re gain a customer . read more

Mountain Mike's Pizza - Cold pizza !! Left over - Pizza Near Me - Antioch, California

I ordered a speciality pizza - the chicken club. The pizza i received didn't have chicken, bacon, tomatoes or green onions. The only ingredients they put on the pizza were the additional toppings I paid extra for. My kids were hungry so they just ate it. But i paid $50 for sausage pizza. I didn't realize that Doordash uses them. Avoid this place unless you plan on picking up your order in person so you can check it first. read more

This is about Mountain Mike's Pizza on Lone Tree Way near Raley's shopping center. I wrote a wonderful 5-star review 6 months ago, there were so many amazing flavors and the pizza that night was stellar! Something's gone terribly wrong since then. Their pizza has gone down in quality, little by little, from clumps of too much stacked pepperoni (I know, I know who complains about too much pepperoni?) it can overwhelm when there's too much. To the flavors not quite melding together like that one I raved about 6 months ago. Yet, we kept coming back. Our go-to is the large or medium 'Snowey Alps'... We picked it up there, and the gal at the register was very nice. Anxious to dive into our pizza tonight, this was soon discovered to be a hot mess, it was so underwhelming, it's actually amazing this was from the same place. The tomatoes were cut into very large chunks and there were far too many which I think interfered with how the dough was so doughy and uncooked (unbaked?) Even after putting this in our oven at 425° for 9 minutes, it still couldn't fully cook the dough! My girlfriend noticed too something off about how wet the cheese was. We're so disappointed in this $30.00 mess. We ended up throwing half of it away. We will be trying the Mountain Mike's Pizza on Summersville Road instead for our future orders. read more

Ordered a pizza for a family movie night, I ordered a well done pizza because I didn't want it to be soggy when it got delivered. When I got the box I immediately felt the bottom of the box soggy so knew my pizza wasn't cooked as asked. Lo and behold it was worse than that. When my wife bit into pizza she knew instantly the dough was raw. We called to speak to a manager and were told "sorry sometimes that happens" and "we were really busy today". So you're telling me that it's ok to "sometimes" let raw dough go out the door? You're telling me that busy means you can lower standard of how a pizza should be cooked? And all they offered was a 15% discount on next order. Why would want to order from a place that is ok with giving costumers raw dough? What a terrible experience. read more

I walked in to place an order as soon as they opened. I am not familiar with Mountain Mike's since I am not from this area and only here on business. I asked the employee questions about the pizza. How is it cut, what's the shape of the pizza, how many does a large feed, etc... He just gestured at the wall behind him. No eye contact. He came across as rude and didn't want to be here. I asked to use the restroom and he said it would delay the pizza because he would have to go open the door for me. he also stated he was the only one working. Definitely lacked customer service etiquette. read more

Been coming here for a couple years and have spent a lot of money here. Will no longer be coming back as the pizza is a hit or a miss. This store is horrible!!!!! I ordered $245 worth of items to be delivered for my mother's birthday party but we never received it. When we called the store to see what was going on they claimed they had already delivered the pizza. WE NEVER RECEIVED A PIZZA. They refused to re-make our order or give a refund. So we went to the store ourselves. When arriving to the store we were spoken to horribly by JEFF. He literally laughed in our faces and said there's nothing he can do. When speaking with manager HARRY , he was also very RUDE. He did not compensate or show any compassion toward "valued customers".After a while of back and forth , we were finally granted our refund. After distributing our refund JEFF , refused to give his name and stormed off to the back. Once he reached the back we heard an eruption of laughter from JEFF and other staff members (that btw weren't wearing gloves and were wearing winter coats). The only person that helped during this whole ordeal was TY. He provided us with the drivers name and the rude employee. We decided to wait to speak to our driver JATINDER and he immediately let us know that he had taken the pizza to the wrong address. During this time we witnessed a driver coming in visibly high and smelling like marijuana. It was very sad. He also went to kitchen and started grabbing orders without washing hands. As we called out to workers we were ignored and only heard the sounds of their laughter. We spoke with Harry(manager) letting him know JATINdER informed us he had delivered the pizza to the wrong address. He said we could not be compensated because we were threatening and harassing employees. Which is completely not true!! We just wanted our refund and answers. It is sad for a large corporation to try to steal $245 from hardworking people !! Please never order from here !! The kitchen had cheese thrown all over it, employees don't wear gloves, wash hands, they wear their outside coats and laugh at customers pain. read more

Ordered 3 pizzas tonight for pickup. Got home an all 3 pizzas were under cooked an doughy. We have been coming here for over 10 years an this is our first ever issue. What made it even worse is when we called in to tell then about it an my husband was coming back down. A lady called my husband back to argue that no one else complained today an she didn't believe us. Well he brought the pizzas back an she didn't even come to the counter. The man in the front acknowledged they were under cooked an also that they recently adjusted the oven temp. After many years of using this location for parties, dinners etc we will not be back. read more

Tonight I ordered a pizza for my family to be picked up in store. I arrived just 20 minutes after ordering and returned home close to 5 minutes later to enjoy with the family. Boy was I disappointed. The dough had toughened up as if the pizza had been made earlier in the night and reheated. Now, I don't know this to be the case, but I know it did not taste like a fresh pizza. Not sure what else could have caused this. read more

A few weeks ago my family and I ordered a medium combo pizza & unfortunately it was horrible. First, they got the order wrong, so we took it back. They cooked the new pizza too quickly, so it wasn't cooked all of the way through & it was very doughy! Guess what!! Today we ordered a medium pepperoni/Hawaiian pizza and it wasn't cooked all the way through either!! A few pieces were VERY doughy as if we bit into fresh, gooey dough. I understand that it's Super Bowl Sunday and that pizza joints would be packed with delivery orders, carryouts, etc... However, when I order a pizza at 3:00 and it doesn't show up until almost 5:30, that's a problem. Pizza tasted terrible like a plain cracker and I got 1/2 pikes peak 1/2 cheese and the cheese side was burnt. Also got their fries and mozzarella sticks, french fries were soggy wet and the mozzarella sticks had no cheese in them. Needless to say I won't be back. Worst 60.00 spent ever. Oh when the driver showed up he said there were only two drivers today and on one of the busiest pizza nights .... Poor planning ‍ read more

Joined my family here for pizza, wings, salad and beer. Our night started off good but it sure did not end that way. The pizza and the salad were both delicious. No complaints there. We had an issue with our wings not being fully cooked. When we brought it up to one of the workers she just said "that's how they come they are cooked". We told her they were not and she insisted that corporate send them already cooked and they just re cook them. She had an attitude about the ordeal and was very rude. My family and I work in the restaurant industry and this was terrible service. Also they say they're open until 10PM but they made us as well as another group of guest leave at 9:45PM. Not good business. We will no longer be coming back! read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Unfortunately I made the mistake of ordering from here last night for dinner for my family and I. This is highly unacceptable, i work in a food industry myself as a manager for multiple stores so I tend to NOT COMPLAIN so because I understand the situations and problems. But with my husbands order I did not receive what I asked for. We asked for extra sauce, which the pizza was super dry as if I wanted A LOAF OF BREAD . Hardly any pepperoni, didn't even taste 1 bacon bits, got extra olives for some reason which I didn't ask for extra. Every bite was about a table spoon full.... it was more of a vegetarian pizza with cheese vs what I asked for.. my husband and I ordered here before and we never had a problem, but today was something that I had to replace for dinner for last minute... read more

Wanted to get pizza for dinner tonight. After looking at several spots and prices, I decided to order from here. I didn't want to get ready to pick up so I decided to do delivery. Time of delivery it said 60 minutes. I was okay with that. I was also able to use a coupon too that they offered. Order placed. Less than 30 minutes that my order was placed my pizza was at my front door! Pizza was taste. Full of pepperoni and was adult and kid approved! Never again will I order from here. I called in for delivery and after waiting for almost an hour the pizza finally came. It was awful! The driver dropped the pizza or something because it was all messed up. I have him on video swinging the pizza bag around. When I called in to request a new one, I was told I would have to wait for an hour to replace it. Now the lady on the phone was trying hard to get it fixed and she got them to send it out ASAP. I thank her for that. She was very nice. She made sure We got our replacement pizza in about 20 minutes. However it was the same driver and he had the nerve to yell at me and tell me that I'm the one that dropped the pizza! I told him I have him on video swinging it around. He just kept telling me it was me that dropped it. Never again will I order from here. We have been loyal to this place for years but we are done! read more

Ordered 2 pizzas from this place via Door Dash. Got a Robbers Roost and a Pepperoni pizza, nothing special no extras or anything. The pizzas arrived and there was grease actually running out of the pepperoni pizza box onto the box below it. I have never ever gotten a pizza that had so much grease. Also both pizzas tasted of cinnamon and sugar on the bottom which I am assuming is from them not washing pans between making regular pizzas and the cinnamon and sugar dessert pizzas. Super disappointed. read more

I love mountain mikes because they almost always make good pizza. Last night the pizza was amazing, the delivery driver however gave himself an extra tip on our credit card receipt, and that got my significant other pretty damn upset. We always try to tip cash whenever we have it on hand. We know how crappy it is to have to pay taxes on your tip money. On a $30delivery, the pizza guy gave himself an extra $6 on the credit card receipt, right after we tipped him a $5 in cash. Update everything was worked out. I still love mountain mikes. read more

Well, I am very disappointed. We go to this location to support the young kids that put in hard work there, and are generally fairly happy with our experience aside from a time or two. However today took the support right out of me. I ordered our usual 2 large, 1 small gluten free, which was repeated back to me and I confirmed, however when my husband returned with the order we were given 2 small gluten free and 1 large. My husband didn't know what I ordered so he thought it was correct upon pick-up. When I called to report the mistake the manager tried to say it was not their fault, but would replace the order and not charge me the difference because of my gas...My Gas! How about my time, my 6 hungry kids, and oh I don't know, the fact that it was not my mistake! She also insisted I return the wrong pizza (stupidest thing ever) before I could get my correct pizza. I have worked in the food industry and that is NEVER done. She would not give me the owners contact info, but wanted me to give mine to have him call me. Umm, no.
