The 2nd floor has a cycling room, private training area, and another multipurpose room for exercising as well, with a projector with online classes which I've never seen before! I believe there is also a Zumba room on the 1st floor, and various classes that you can take. There is a main big pool, a smaller pool for kids, and a playing area for kids. There is also a hot tub and sauna which are great! Lobby has a juice bar, and they offer towels, and have a seating area with a charging station. They're just off the highway tucked back up by the bridge by Woodland Park. Not hard to find. Parked out front and walked in to see about a stove. Grant it it's almost dead into the summer but no one acknowledged us when we walked in or even after looking around for um 10 minutes!! So finally after we decided on what we thought we might want I finally asked if someone could give us some details. Really? I know they carry nice brands because I did some research before stopping in but just by their customer service I'd spend our money somewhere else if that's how we might get treated after the sale.

I bought a Stihl leaf blower from Ace Hardware almost a year ago. It's still under a 4- year warranty, for which I paid extra. I've used it 4-5 times and on its last deployment, the cord rewind mechanism failed. I brought it to Ace and they refused to repair it under warranty (I've ended my days of shopping there, for good!). I turned to the only other authorized Stihl repair shop in town, Big John's. The gentleman at the front counter was not only extremely courteous, he actually repaired the blower right then and there - no charge. I'll bring my business to Big John's at every opportunity. I had a mechanical emergency during a recent vacation to Whitefish. While staying at a hotel just…read moreup the road from Ace Hardware, the metal frames of my wife's glasses broke. She really needs her glasses to function, and no, she does not have an extra pair with her. It is late in the day on a Saturday. There is no way we can find an Optical shop open here today, and we are heading into remote areas of Washington tomorrow. We are away from home, and I am without tools, supplies, or even an appropriate work surface. No worries though, because I remembered seeing an Ace Hardware store as we drove in. Suddenly, I feel like MacGyver, or Mark Watney...under pressure, but ready to put together a solution to save the day. I was able to buy Gorilla Glue, some copper wire, some hobby clips, and wire cutters from Nelson's Ace Hardware. I got a couple of paper clips from the Hotel front desk, a lens cleaning cloth from my camera bag, and some loose paper from a folder that happened to be in the car. To quote Hannibal Smith, "I love it when a plan comes together". And Nelson's Ace Hardware did their part today! Thanks Helpful Folks!
